Dear experts,
Quashing 498A in high court can be used for my annulment case filed. Could my marriage get nullify under cruelty as she filed 498A and DVc though she spent only two days with me.

Hello sir,
I was in Live-in-Relationships with a girl for two years (No avidence or Photo of marriage) . After two years we got a baby ... and after one year she did an FIR against me and my family under section 498A.
Only on behalf of alligations by that girl and statement by her sister ... that I got married to her in a temple and Now me and my family asking her for dowry.
I want to know that :-
1. Can police arrested me on behalf of allegation by girl and statement by her sister ???
2. Is there No need of arrested warrent in section 498A.????
3. If your ans is NO for both above quarries. Can I go against the police in higher court ??
One more thing .... I got bail same day from Court and Now the girl and her sister is not appearing in the court. What can I do against both of them

If a person married in 1957 for first time again he married someone else in 1965 when first was alive and again he marries somebody in 1972 when second wife died but first was alive ,what happens when the child of first wife and second wife claims for succession certificate ,and what will be status of third wife if she is nominated by her husband for his pension?

Respected Members ,
Groom and bride are hindu should they register their marriage or marry via Hindu Marriage Act or Special Marriage Act.....both the familes have their consent for marriage.....i just mean to say what is the differnece in both the kinds of marriages and their after effetcs...
NOTE - if you figure out its an acadmic query or moot query or how am i conserned etc... kindly dont answer and please dont post anything....pure answer only answer is welcomed..

class i legal heir not coming forward hence can class ii legal heir proceed for claiming LA ? citation sent to class I legal heir received by him but not responded by him. testamentary dept says class II cant proceed in such case. even after several telephonic talks reminders , personal visits class I heir maintains that he is nor interested in the property nor giving his noc or anything in writing . can we request the court to send citation again, to send summons letter or something like that or give newspaper ad? if court declines to do anything like that and or refuses to take any sue motto action, what are remidies available to us ?

I have been married since Jan 2016 and after 10 months of my marriage i got know that my wife is not mentally stable and she has taken treatment for almost 2 years before marriage. Her parents did not imformed us about it. I consulted 2 doctors and they prescribed Schizophrenia medicines to her. So i decided to get divorce. My wife is at her parents home since dec 2016. What procedure should i fall to get divorce? I have doctors prescription and one audio in which her father accepted about her mental disease and i knows the doctor name with she was consulting before marriage. Thanks in Advance
