Sir previously i said about my divorce case .....as present situation my wife already awarded a maintenance of rs 7000 pm from lower court u/s 36 of SMA, I being dissatisfy again moved a civil revesion where i was awarded Rs 6000 pm and i am paying that til date . In this 6000 pm high court clearly break 3000 each to mother and my minor daughter . Now after 5 month she again filed a 125 Crpc against me and mentioned the High court order that she is not satisfy with 6000 rs and claimed enhance ment and as well as litigation cost . I already paid her a litigation cost of rs 15000 thousand .
My querry is sir can she claim enhancement in 125 crpc as well as litigation cost where already high court decided and awarded her with 6000 pm and a litigation cost of rs 15000 .
My lawyers are forcing and they said which ever is higher amount i have to pay that.

My wife file 'DV' against me. WE got married in 2002. From 2004 to till I am working at abroad. We are having 02 no's child (Daughter 14 yrs old & Son 10 yrs old) My wife is having an affair with a married man from last 4/5 yrs. I gave her several warning's and chances to improve her self but things are same as before still. We often argued quarreled with each other due to this issue. Finally I got frustrated and quit home from last 1 yr and living separately with my mom. Now she filed 'DV' against me and asking for compensation,I asked her to settle those things to bring her elder relatives but she denied to patch-up. All though I am willing to (attempt to, at least) forgive and forget everything in the interests of our child, By looking her arguments in the court her only intention to pull good money from me.

Hi experts a order is passed in session court against me that I have to pay interim maintainence of two thousand rupee from date of application till date of disposal ours is a Christian marriage act my wife is advocate and practising in court can I stop it my local lawyer suggested for appeal should I do it or no what can I do please please help me or can give a missed call on 9637992431 help me by your valuable suggestions.our high court is aurangabad.

My friend was married16 years ago. Never lived amicably with husband due to his short temper,carelessness and abusive behaviour. They have two kids one daughter who is in tenth presently and one younger son. Now he has deserted her on pretext of job outside delhi since feb 2017and want mutual divorce. Though he promised to pay monthly expenses amounting rs 40,000 but paid only 6000 and said if she do not divorce him he will not pay even this and if she agrees to he will pay 50,000 p. m. Husband only has one self purchased house in banglore on which loan of 8 lakh is due.till date they shared house owned by wife financed by her father. She has many evidences of mental and physical abuses. Currently also receiving abusive messages from him.
My friend want one time alimony intead of monthly maintenance as she doubt his intentions. She has to raise her kids on her own and though well educated but unable to get job at this point of age i. e 42 yrs.
What shall she do whether to go for dv case and then maintenance ir straight way for divorce and maintenance as she do not have much resources to continue in court for long. A

Sir i got divorced on 25 th September 2014 from Gwalior family court on grounds of adultery on my wife's part..it was a one sided decision by the court as my ex wife didn't appear before the court to cross my evidences... Furthershe filed a maintenance case in the month of august 2014(case no-620/2014)which is still in a undecided state as she doesn't appear before the court..as of now its almost 3 yrs.Can u please suggest me how do i get this case dismissed.Further i feel my advocate is fooling me whenever i ask him to process my request for settling down this case.

I got the order of divorce in March 2015 (Mutual consent). I was not aware of something called as a decree then. I recently read about it in the list of documents required for remarrying. My Ex-husband already got married after 2 months of our divorce order.
Would i still need a decree for remarrying? and how can i get it?
