Query: My daughter (1988) in Delhi.
w/o Mr(1989) in Gwalior.
Married in Delhi in July, 2013.
Son d.o.b. 19.03.2016 .
Now husband doing new pvt. job in Indore AND my daughter doing pvt. job in Delhi and on rent . Husband wishes to settle out of Delhi to give pain to us. His mother is greedy and playing a negative role. They did not pay any money for my daughter and son (even also for powder milk). Three months back, my daughter lodged a Police Complaint and settled between them by police in writing. Now he threat her for divorce.
Please advise me:- 1) what should i do if he sends Advocate-notice for threat of divorce if not coming to Indore? 2) If he files case from Gwalior or Indore, then do i bound to appear in that court with my 10 months child? The very fact is that her mother and my husband harrassed me mentally for dowry i.e. House in Delhi. He also took my i-20 car to Indore which is in my name.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Myself Sayyed Tabrez from last 1 year my wife is not staying with me, now she has taken taken support from Human rights a private Ngo's they are demanding for 50lakh from me and harassing me. 15 day's back I had sended a notice from my layer to my wife to come back but they refused to take by postman notice was sended by register post. Now they are preparing to launch 498 on me so Pls guide me..

Hello respected members.
I came to know that my wife owns Alto car in her name . Also as told previously she is a doctor and has 6 yrs work experience .
she stated that she is not able to maintain herself and husband should help her.
I own no car no asset in my name.
If she own a car, can that help my case.
Plz guide . thankyou

I am in reciept of a DV case notice under section 12 sent by my brothers wife and she made opponent to my brother, father, mother, wife, myself & one of my relative.
Actully my brother and she got married secretly by running away from homes and on the same day her father complained in police station that my brother has abducted his Already Married daughter he even recorded his statement in writing.
The fact later revealed that the girl was already married and was at her home for as gauna ceremony was yet to be performed and at this time she came into my brothers contact.
So after their secret marriage which they registered in court my brother and his wife returned to our home but my father and mother resisted both of them to enter in their house as her father had already complained that his daughter is already married so they feared that it will hamper their image in society.
So my brother and his wife started living sepretly and at that time he realised that it was hard to survive with her without any source of income.
Later they informed and requested to our father and mother to accept them so then my mother and father put a condition that they are ready to accept then if the girl properly dissolves her first marriage and then comes to us after proper customs and rituals which denied by her family as they were not ready to come forward for an open social marriage.
But it was later revealed that they were finding it uncomfortable to live togather as they were indipendent and has the age of 21 and 20 respectively.
So they mutually decided to their parents home and take some time to convince our parents and also it will give some time for my brother to arrange a separate flat for him.
But the girls nature changed once ahe reached her fathers home and started harrassing my family and my brother to take her into my parents home.
But my brother and we said that we cannot take her directly in our home as she has not properly dissolved her first marriage but she must reside with my brother who is living separately from us.
But she kept staying at her parents home since 2 years and used to come to meet my brother at his office.
Now she direcyly sent us this notice demanding a huge compensation and monthly maintenance from us by stating that we had assaulted her and asked her to purchase a new flat all such baseless demands.
I am shocked and dont know what to do.

Tina is Mutually divorced for past 2 years from her husband and is willing to remarry sai who is unmarried and is ready for marriage with tina knowing her past marital status and divorced issue ....what would be advised to tina a court marriage or a Normal Mahanagar Palika marriage Certificate to be on a safe side for her future marriage....and is normal mahanagar plaika marriage certificate vaild proof of marriage in court ....if i have left and think untouched kindly help me out what should more be done .....

I already cleared my Rd amount but still some amount is not paid because I have withdrawn my Petition So the the date of RD filed by respondent which is cleared and till the case withdrawl date that arrear still remaining.
My Question is about for balance amount Could respondent again refile Rd to recover the balance amount.

I recently got married with a boy of different religion on 9th Feb 2017 without my Parents consent in the Register Office. Now, I feel its a big mistake of getting married with him as I\'m unable to set with their religion.I came back to my parents house on 1st March 2017 and don\'t want to back to my in-laws place. Now I want to file for an Annulment . Please suggest me how to approach for Annulment and How much time will it take to get separated ?? My Husband is working in Hyderabad and my parents stay in Pune. What will be the jurisdiction to file the case ? Can I file the Case in Hyderabad?

I have married on 01/06/2014. on 03/06/2014 my wife said that we was married forcefully by his parents he love with a other caste man. as per his willing on 07/06/2014 we "notorised" a tlaknama and also filled a 13B mutual concern in family court which was rejected on the basis that it is not completed one year sepration period. her parents and brother sister beaten her in my house. finally on 07/06/2014 she went with her uncle. as per lawyer advice i have not done anything till one year than my parent with some relative went her house for mutual consent divorce. her father threateing us for false case and abusing us. after lawyer concent on 15/06/2015 i have filled divorce case but till date 07/07/2016 she not filled answer of petition and taking time again and again.than she filled a case for 125 with interim maintanance. i have replied for interim maintanance. than she filed sec 24 application against divorce. and also her lawyer filed section 151 of cpc rule 1 order 1 to make her lover a pakshkar in case and reject the divorce petition. 4 days before we have completed argument of plea u/s 151 and judge will give decision after a week.after argument when i was sit in my lawyer chamber than my lawyer said to me that they are filling suit against order u/s 125 in high court. My query is that order u/s 125 interim maintenance passed by family court on 20/09/2016. can she filled a plea against it in march 2017 in high court.

Hello Experts,
I have filed for a divorce in Kalyan Court on basis of Cruelty against my wife who stays in Malegaon with her parents and brothers. They have received a summon from a court and they have to attend the hearing in next week but before the hearing they have approached "Mahila samupdeshan kendra " in police station at Malegaon. I have a got a letter from MSK to come and meet them for counselling. Is it mandatory to meet them ? As they have put my name as well as my 7-8 relatives name to meet them in Malegaon. Her brothers are like Gundas and they have local influence and that can be life threat to me as well as to my relatives. Can they file 498a and other cases if I dont attend the counselling ? What is Zero FIR will the case gets transferred to Kalyan instead of me visiting to Malegaon.
I have send sent a register post to Mahila Aayog stating that I wont be able to attend on the said date mentioned by them , But they have refused to accept my letter from Post. I have a acknowledgment for the same.What should be my next Action? Should i still go , I think Mahila Aayog is corrupted and biased over there
