Meri wife ne dv act mai case kara hua hai aur 2 bete bhi hai 4yrs & 8 months ka meri wife mere sath nahi rah rahi hai.
Aur parents ne apni self owned property mei se hum dono ko nikal ne ke liye permanent injunction ka case 2 saal se chal raha hai.
But my wife want to live in my parents house only & i allready living in separate rented home so please guide me what process should i go through so that i can save my married life.

Hello respected ppl,
I am vijayabhanu who posted my family issue on 27 march 2016. Now I have an rcr case from my husband and I filed divorce but when court sent the papers to his correct address it is bouncing back. His mother is not receiving the papers and my husband is in Delhi still studying but did not gave any address for any correspondence. He is not picking up the phone. The university ppl is not giving any details of him. Now until he receives the divorce papers the case is extended every time. He once said that he will drag the case. Wat should I do?

Sir/madam My name s rose,i need fair solution to my problem and is related to my married life n husband,mine is love marriage without both parents consent,for marriage purpose he compelled me leave my lic job,trusted him wholly and married him.problem arised with in 1 month of my marriage n i made a temple marriage on dec 18 2014 and then jan 23 2016 registered.A unkwown girl who is his best friend which he hided before marriage,entered my home with a problem that my husband manager is harrasing her,as iknew once she was back of my husband,i started avoiding her and evn helped her by making a meet at manager home.My problem is i strictly by his weird action and talking to her calls asked him totally avoid from our lives from then he started abusing me emotionally and later after 8 months of marriage she again started calling me and harrasing me for help her and creating problems in my family life,my husband asking for me do friendship with her and go to her home to help her but as her friend.Evn my husband fooled me in name of love marriage and career to maintain marital relationship only after proper career and i accepted for it.He badly broke my trust once i saw him locking me from out and talking to her at 3am.he started avoidn me n stopped talking to me,wen asked loudly he bitten me n made actions of scaring me and pushing me as my home is at 2nd floor i was scared and moved to my parents home.he jus cm to my home once only wen i had bank exams,fearing my career loss i tol afr exams il come.til now he dint come and its been 1 year and 3 months i cm here.now he is abusing me emotionally and asking me for a divorce.evn he killed my career my trust i thought to giv him a chance,he dint evn attend my dad funeral a month back,im feeling as if he cheated me what shud i do now he is not evn cared of asking me ro return instead he is saying return her but il see whole life as a friend only.what shud i do now as i loved him sincerely i dont wanna leav him but he is keeping whole blame and begged sorries to him no use.jus thrashing me with abuses that I'm feeling to end my life.nor his parents are asking till now what happened,what shud i do now pls do rply and what to do in this state.my only mistake i made is calling his friends every time who made our marriage to my home whenever he harrassed me for friend ship with that lady

Is it possible to have child visitations to be continued after the O.P is over? Are visitations same as interim custody?
What to do if the visitation orders are disobeyed?

I need your valuable legal advice.
I am a Hindu girl married to a Sikh man residing in Delhi.
Our marriage took place in a Gurudwara in Patiala in the year 2010. The gurudwara issued us a marriage certificate.
All this while I never got my name changed in any official document as I didn't feel the need.
I visted to got my address changed in my adhar card and asked the Adhar person based my marriage certificate could change my name too which he changed in my adhar card after verifying the gurdwara marriage certificate.
As of date my adhar card has been updated with my new surname and address.
My query is based on my Adhar card details can I apply for change in name of my passport ,pan card or will I have to submit a court marriage certificate.
My current palce of residence is New Delhi but my marriage took place at Patiala in 2010, so if I apply for a court issued marriage certificate where should apply and with what documents.
Also are marriage certificates issued by Gurudwaras accepted for name change.
Please clarify.
