My wife took away my two daughters of ags 5 and 3.5 a month ago. Our marriage omis more than 7 years old now. Courts are closed nowadays. How can I meet my kids? Can police help? Or shall I wait for schools to get open next month?

Good evening experts,
I would state the facts of the case first. My Brother who is 26 year old working in government establishment is in relation with one of his female colleague from his office, who is a divorcee. My parents are socially attached to their family roots doesnt want this relation to be carried on.
The divorce took place after 3 months of her marriage. We have tried to make him understand that we would not accept this relation of theirs which is around 2 years old.
we have tried all possibilities to make him understand, but he has not budge at all. We had talked to the female friend to provide us a copy of divorce decree,but she refused. She also refused to divulge the phone number of her ex husband, stating that he will say bad of her in front of us.
We have make several inquiries about her past life from higher authorities of her office.
I presume they have indulged into intercourse and now the girl is threatening him to marry her. This fact has not been revealed by my brother. This might be forcing him to clinging on to that girl. We are facing very uncongenial environment at home because of daily fights.
My brother is adamant to marry that girl may be in pressure or if he try to get married with girl of my parents choice, she may land him in jail on the pretext of rape.
I would like guidance on the following points
1. is there any legal recourse to end this impasse.
2. how do we get him back legally.
3. How can we stop this relation legally
4. any other relevant point which the experts might want to throw light upon.

i got married before 3 moths but i feel after few days that my wife is cheating with me aur connect with another person when i check her smart phone is see that only one person are available in all logs like whats app facebook even gmail i see some photographs with that person that show something is happeing between both of them. and the attitude of wife towards me like i am nothing for her even she shows that she ia not confertable with me see told me many times that i complains against you and your family that you all are tourcher and many few things she happen i cant even written can i get divorce beacause i cant trsut on my wife she can do anything.

my name is Rajesh Vishwakarma and I am professionally Qualified Chartered Accountant.before my marriage girl parents told me that she is Graduate and completed CS and after the marriage, I came to know even she is not even graduate and doesn't know about basic Internet and how to operate a phone they told me false information.marriage date 30/11/2016.
I have valid proof of her qualification and we both are decided to not live together anymore.
But girl side forces me to live with her and threatened me they file false cases against me.what should I have to do?

Q) sir what are chances of quash in domestic voilence case in high court. My wife deserted me on 23/4/15. Then she complaint in local police station then in women cell then in ssp office. All complaints are in my favour . After 3 months she files domestic voilence case in cjm court. And i have filed quash petition in high court on basis of inquiry report. But judge on first hearing summon my wife. What are chances of quash and why judge summons my wife.

My father has made will & Nomination in the society in my favour and I have 9 sisters who have accepted my claim in the society and given me their consent by accepting the will duly notarized consent.
My son claims his right in the flat.
Please advise. Does he have any right?

My wife has filled 498a & 406 on me & 8 more people from my family, I got anticipatory bail but we r confused that we have to give solvency of 9 members? Order is anticipatory bail on executing pr bond of rs 15000 each with solvent surety in the like amount till receipt of the say from io.

A and his wife have died leaving land and building. A had 6 sons and 2 daughters. Out of 6 sons 4 died leaving their families and one is unmarried and another married with sons and daughter. The property is still un-partitioned. One son x died after 2005. My query is can the widow of x who has no son but only 3 daughters can claim for partition of such property?. No will has been made by A. What is the legal way to have the share of the property. She is surviving by husband's meagre pension and has been forcebly evicted by her husband's brother.

Annulment of marriage
Hi,
I has been in relation with my colleague from last 6 years
On the promise he will marry me he started physical with me.. many times I denied but he convinced me by showing his care n love. I saw love for me in his eyes.. and then we had physical relation for 5yrs
We went to UK for project and stayed together for 3 months under one roof. Every time he used to say my dad health is not good to discuss about our marriage but you don't worry mom dad will agree soon .. his dad expired n we came to India. few months back when I asked him then he refused and said if I marry you then society will boycott his family and no one will marry my younger brother. I filed complaint against him in near police station n then he got ready for marriage on one condition that we can't stay together and have to keep secrect for few months until his younger brother get married. We agreed n me my family and his friends went to temple and got married.(I have notarized certificate of marriage)
Now after 3 months he sent(Annulment of marriage ) sec hindu marriage act 12(1)c through family court where is mentioned "he never had physical relation and one sided love from her and we were just friends. She blackmail and threatened me ,so I married".
His age is 30+.please help me how to fight for this.
I blindly trusted him and he continuously cheated on me. He spoiled my life and carrier. everyone knows that we were in relation and now got married. But suddenly this action shocked me and my family.
