Can Minor child relinquish his/her right from Great Grandfathers HUF ? If yes, how?
Respected Sirs,
Whether a person can be Karta of two Hufs in following given situation?
There is one(Ist) Huf coparceners being Karta named K, K’s son N, K’s daughter in law M, and K’s daughter P. This Ist Huf was made in 1990. N’s son J, N’s another son L became coparceners when they born in family in 1992,1993 respectively. K’s daughter P married in 1994.
Simultaneously, There is another (2nd or smaller) HUf at the same time Karta being N (son of K), coparceners N's wife M, N's son J and N's another son L. This (2nd) HUf was made in 1994.
Karta of Ist Huf i.e K died in 2002.
Can N being his only son can become Karta of Ist Huf, while keeping him Karta of 2nd Huf ?
Thanks with Regards,

A Divorce Suit was going on in the High Court.A justice(bench of two justices) ordered that, the husband had to give Rs.5 lakhs to the wife and then all those disputes among themselves were to be settled. The decision was given in the presence of both the advocates of Hus.&wife.Just after passing the said order, the justice retired from service. The husband went for execution of the order in another court, where the case was listed. The wife reached the court and denied to accept the amount and told that, she is not prepared to accept the divorce. The divorce suit was backed by a criminal case u/s.498A,where the wife had been defeated by false and fabricated FIR/allegations.The new court gave an opportunity of re-hearing. Now one and half year has been elapsed.Nothing is happening. The court has not yet listened the case. The wife is happy but the husband remains nowhere.Days rolled on.What shall the husband do at this age of 47 ?

SIR,
I am a member of this esteemed club since 2009 and very much thankful to the valuable suggestions given by the experts.
Currently in my sister's child custody case the family court decided the child to be with her, husband challenged in high court and appeal dismissed, husband challenged in supreme court and there also it got dismissed.Husband again filed child custody in family court claiming change of circumstances and it got dismissed. Now he filed appeal in High court and the court admitted the matter due to non-appearance.
Now my question is if the wife does not appear in high court for this appeal will the appeal will be decided exparte or on merits by checking the lower court orders reasons etc. As my sister got fedup with this court process from almost 8 years.

Hi. I am Prashant Talwar. I got married 5 and half years back. I am facing some serious problems raised by my in laws. They are threatening me to put fake dowry allegations on me and my family. What should I do?
Husband contacted second marriage. He used to pay maintenance during his life time. After his death his second wife is getting family pension.
Weather the first wife can claim maintenance against 2nd wife who is drawing family pension of her husband.
Please clarify with authority.
child's adoption
Sir /Madam
I am working as asst manager in a PSB Bank since Oct 2014.I got married on 06-06-2016 and got divorced in nov 2015.My ex and i got separated in 2013 soon after my kid's birth. He got married again and had kids subsequently by 2014 before our divorce.
Now my question is can i give my son in adoption to my parents as they are well off and had no son of their own.In my divorce decree my kid was exempted and decree was given only regarding me.As alimony my ex has paid nothing to me except the amount which was given as dowry. For My kid he has given a site and 9 lakh rupees only. Now he is not paying any alimony to both of us stating that i am an employee.
My question is can a christian mother give her son in adoption to her own parents who are also Christians?? But my ex is a hindu in his certificates and our marriage is a Christian marriage.
When approached my advocate he said that there is no such adoptions in Indian christian Act.Please suggest me a way so that i can give my kid in adoption to my parents so that he can have a complete family. Now my son is 5 year old.All these years my parents are taking care of him.He even doesn't know that i am his mother.
Regards and thanks in advance.
