Dear Expert,
Dv case in Mumbai 2015 against my husband and 8 other family members. court allowed to mer 20,000 per month interim maintance from 2015 to till date .but husband only paid 60 k till time ( as on time pending more then 5 lakh ) now he was gone to UAE for job work.
Court issued NBW and property attachment order but police informed to court he has out of India and no any property on his own name. Now my husband lawyer force to court show DV evidence to me ..on this reply my advocate told please paid the pending interne maintaince amount ( like 5 lakh ) on next date we will show the evidence to court. The my query is
1. Can Court force to me show evidence before paid pending amount. ?
2. How to find my husband .. .I don't have any information regarding his job or any UAE Place. I have only his passport copy.
3. Can I have given application to court cancel his passport ?
4. Can District court having authority to cancel his passport in DV act ... already NBW issued but not find at home ...( as per police remark )
5. any possibilities court taken ( recover ) the my pending amount from his other 8 family member . any provision in Indian law .

Can someone please let me know if dispute between Husband and wife is under mediation then can we find status of that dispute on district court website? or in other words is it a case or stage before court case in matter of divorce?

I would request to seek your advice on below issue.It's nearly 2 years over of my marriage & 18 months over my wife staying separately from me.Currently i am working in Hyderabad & my wife belongs from Bhubaneswar and house wife.I have called her many times ,Sending letters ,but no response found from them.Finally i have personally went with my elders of my family to her house for requesting to come & will live a happy matrimonial life.She is asking me to come Bhubaneswar to live. she is refusing to come to hyderabad my working location & threaten to me like pay 15K as maintenance or 25 Lac to give divorce otherwise she will not give divorce to me.I have sufficient audio proof
(My wife & with her family members) which proves i have not done any mistake but their family members were encourage her to kill me & then they can do second marriage to her.
My parents are in old age.I am from a middle class family .Kindly suggest what can i do in this situation?

I'm suffering with domestic violence from last 13 years and few days ago my husband had beaten me and run away like always, so I had to give complaint in police station and women cell and now he and his lawyer trying to make mental pressure on me because my parents are not supporting me and he is forcing me for medical examination that I have physical relationship with other and trying to prove me character less and want to put out my call details. To be very frank I have one close male friend (just friend) with whom I often talk and talk suggestions and support. Now I want divorce, so what should I do? Please guide.

A the husband filed a divorce petition against wife on the ground that she indulged in an extra marital relation with somebody after marriage. to prove this fact he has submitted in court a pinhole camera, a memory card (said to have recorded the persons in act through the pinhole camera) and DVDs prepared from the said recording of memory card. In his evidence the husband got these things marked as Article/Exhibit. Neither any certificate U/s 65 B has been tendered in evidence nor the DVDs or the memory card was played before the Court during his evidence nor he stated a word about the contents of the DVD or the Memory Card nor he stated that the act of his wife and her paramour was recorded by him through this camera.
Wife in her evidence refused the allegation and denied the presence of herself and the paramour in the DVD when it was played before her in cross examination. The date depicted in the said recording is a date much prior to marriage.
In these fact and circumstances my query is-
1- whether the electronic evidence submitted by the husband can be read in evidence in absence of certificate U/s 65 B and of the Evidence Act as sec. 14 of the family courts act overrides the provisions of evidence act?
2- whether in absence of ocular statement by husband by identifying the wife an her paramour in action in the said DVD by playing the same in the Court during his Exam in chief, the husband has been able to prove charge of involving wife in sexual act with a person other than spouse after marriage.
3- whether depiction of date prior to marriage in the DVD will render the recording forged.
4- whether the court can consider the charge of adultery proved in these circumstances.
5- whether under the garb of provisions of sec. 14 family courts act the court can overlook the necessity of proving electronic documents as per provisions of Information Technology Act.
Kindly refer citation/s if any in support of answer.

Hello sir,
I 'm 7th months pregnant & also a mother of 7 yrs old boy.It is very unfortunate to say my husband & I dont have a congenial relation since long as we hav so much of difference & now relations are getting worse day by day due to so much fights ,He dont want 2nd child nor I do....I can manage with 1 kid without him but not two .I also want to abort my pregnancy ...my health is also getting affected due to physically n mentally as no support with anyone

My Father Mr.R.P. Sharma (Ex P.A. Fatehpur Head Post Office) was died on 13.08.2000.after the death of father my mother was requesting with the department for releasing the pension & funds but department has not released any type of fund including pension also to her & she was also died on 22.01.2001. after death of mother I follow for the payments, provisional payment was made to us in april 2001after 8month from the death of father including pension also. Now I again following for the final payments through the PORTALS but they are giving me this instruction that dues of Rs. 3,75,000/- has to be recovered in name of Late Shri R.P. Sharma. while during this period of time 13.08.2001 to till now department has never did any type of communication with me on this matter pls suggest me.

As My wife has filed false case under crpc 125 against me,
1.) Can I produce AUDIO /VIDEO recording during Submission of my reply to court / during hearing of interim maintenance case ?
2.) Is it essential to produce written transcript of the various conversation available in AUDIO / VIDEO between me and my wife ?
3.) I have several Audio / Video Record from the start of conspiracy (in 2014) to when my FIL took my wife with him in 2016.
4.) If I do not produce the audio / video recording at interim maintenance stage then after interim maintenance, my wife will come up with thousands of excuse to avoid main maintenance case related hearing.
5.) using audio / video record, If i can proof some the allegation made by my wife are false, then can those false allegation in court be used to give her divorce ? If yes, then, after divorce, is there any chance - of " conduct of my wife becomes a parameter to decide final amount of maintenance. "
