in my central board of secondary education certificate 1978 my father is ( fd ) even in my passport 1981 even in the court of ambala where my first marraige divorce was settled ( fd ) signed as father
in 1975 ( fd ) takes one more child from ( m ) named as vikram dhamija( called y ) on adoption ( y ) born in 1975 at dehradun residence of (fd ) and ( f 's ) mother in this adoption ceremony ( fd 's ) relations and near by neighbors participated out of which mr joginder lal dhamija ( called ff ) youngest brother of ( fd ) is alive and meena mehta sister of ( fd ) is alive and the biological mother of ( x and y ) is alive we can produce them as witness in the court of law
once one child ( x ) of ( m ) was living with ( fd ) and ( md ) since 1962 how can ( fd ) and ( md ) take the second child ( y ) son of ( m ) in adoption the court verdict in divorce case of ( x ) at ambala took place in the year 1985 ten years later of adoption of ( y ) by ( fd ) and ( md ) where ( fd ) signed as father of ( x )
in 1989 ( x ) was married second time and here also (fd ) and ( md ) got the marraige done of ( x ) in 1990 ( x ) was blessed with a son the delivery was done at visakhapatnam in virasi hospital by ( Fd ) and ( md ) as ( x ) was on the business trip of ( fd ) in gujrat with ( fd) s brother ( ff )
( x 's ) son was living from birth with ( fd ) and ( md ) in 1994 ( fd ) got him admitted in the ppi school at visakhapatnam as his grand son in 1996 he writes to his grand sons principal of the school ( letter attached ) and in 1999 ( fd ) dies leaving behind lot of property and a will stating ( y ) is his wed lock son and ( x ) was just brought up by me i never adopted him legally
I ( x ) am sure that ( md ) played it dirty and the will was fraudulently fabricated made under undue influence of
( md ) as ( fd ) was suffering from cancer and I ( x ) took him to tata memorial hospital where doctors after
treatment gave up and said pls take him home as he has life for only one or two months he use to have marfin
tablets to control the pain was not in sences most of the time will written three days prior to his death
and the witness mr ram krishna the accontant of ( fd ) and ( md ) has helped ( md ) in fabricating the will
( md ) had all the rights on (fd's )property and in the year 2002 ( md ) gets ( y ) married to her younger sisters daughter and ( y ) starts selling all propertys of ( fd ) and he bought all the property in his name and then ( md ) dies in 2014 leaving nothing for ( x ) know in 2017 ( y ) also dies leaving behind all the property without a will (y 's ) wife jyotee and her two minor children son 13 and daughter 9 have started selling the property

In my four hearings in DCW cell, my wife didn't provide any proof against me but only verbal statement, whereas, i had call recording of her and my sister-in-law where they were planning to trouble their bhaabhi and give me some vibhooti in meal. Even asking my and my mom's pic for some tantra kriya.
She took my kids four months back when i was not home and I proved that the kids are not being well cared and there is blood infection even after three months. I have blood reports of them two weeks ago.
She claimed that I gave her poison but there is no medical report or proof or complaint, its fake claim by her. She claimed i ask dowry as well but i didn't. Marriage is 7.5 yrs old.
Will there be any FIR against me now after DCW hearings? They closed from their end om fourth hearing. Please advise.

It's six months I am married. Since the very first day my MIL FIL and SIL have been torturing me. My husband never supports me alws takes his parents and sisters side. Demands money from me. His sister who recently got married dint stop interfering in my matters. My husband always supports his mother sister and father's torture on me. My inlwas don't let my husband stay with me. I stayed alone in my room. Dint allow me to eat. Demands money. I am working and I spent money in my in-laws homedespite that my MIL demands more money and tortures me. Physically also my husband tortured me in the room. Now my inlwas asking me to move out of the house and get divorced and they want to remarry my husband to get more money. Plz help me

I married a widow who had a son nd registered the same. After that the girl which I had seen before forced me to marry her or she will commit suicide along with her parents . Not knowing what to do, I tied the knot, I've not registered that Marriage. till date I've not touched her, nor I stayed with her.Its 9 months now.. ..
I've not told her about my earlier registered marriage.
Pl help me. What I can do to get rid of her.. .

My husband was cheating on me since time i was 8 months pregnant....now my son is 1 n half yrs old..... I caught him red handed n confronted him n he agreed that he is been having affair.... And I left him n staying with my parents....not divorced yet.... From few months v had no contact with each other.... Now from few days he is constantly messaging me to come back and give one chance..... So I told him to write down everything that he was having an affair n he will not repeat this again and if at all it happens again then I will have rights to divorce him without any court fight(mutually) and I will get the custody of my son without any problems created by him.....
My question is I want this to be written legally by my husband... How do i go abt it??

Dear Sir,
A self-acquired house is in my father's name. He passed away few years ago.
What are the formalities and costs involved (including an indication of lawyer's fee if any) to transfer such a property in NCR?
Is there any difference in costs if the property is transferred to mother (father's wife), one of the sons or one of the daughters?
Rest of the family members have no problem to surrender their rights.

Hello sir,
going back, their family people cheated us and told he had 2 jobs an one of them he does with his own interest to get himself busy. Later found only one job he had and that also he left and tried for government job by offering bribe. During this time, they all good and my sister is well treated. None of us are blaming since he is at least trying.
Soon after, he lost his money of almost 10 Lakhs in 2 turns for government jobs, his mother started blaming my sister because of her horoscope and started demanding extra dowry. He also started harassing my sister just because his parents will go against him and he may need to earn extra, if he goes out side and life would be difficult.
after 3 efforts of mediators and some elder peoples advice we were forced to calm down and instead begged them to treat her well. In recent times, it went far and they started harassing and allegedly torturing her physically an mentally. When my parents reached their place to bring back my sister to home back, they were brutally beaten and threaten by their relatives and neighbors.
Lack of support from relatives & mediators, we filed case in vizag and they managed it with money. Then we reached Vijayawada and raised a case it is section 498A. The police demanded them to reach station within 12 hours. its been 3 days, they did not turn up. Also now started saying their parents are beaten by my sister so their BP went down and admitted in hospital.
Instead of requests or respectful agreements, they are still trying to give threats by saying they have high influence to escape and they will for go for second marriage.
We need suggestions to get justice for my sister. Currently i am working Norway for clients requirement, so i cannot support my parents and sister. So seeking for an advice.
We still want a happy life for my sister and all we want is her happiness. Tried many times but we are failing every time, because of irresponsibility and his mothers mis-beliefs and cruelty.

I filed a criminal revison of interim maintenance order which passed by the judicial magistrate of Rs 10,000/- in favour of my client wife and his child .after that I filed a criminal revision of against this order before the session judge , but the judge refuse to accept revision petition and told me that this application will not entertain by this court as per supreme Court headline and also kolkatta Highcourt .
Please do some favour and provide some filling against it

Hi sir/madam,
We have adopted a baby under HAMA and have the registered adoption deed, we are Australian PR and wiling to lodge the visa for our adopted baby. However, Australian immigration is demanding for NOC or clearance cert from CARA as they do not recognise adoptions under HAMA. Could you please suggest on the process of getting the NOC or clearance from CARA based upon our adoption under HAMA? So that we can proceed with the visa lodgement? Thank you

Validity of marriage
marriage performed in Arya samaj, vermilion applied, garland exchanged but
Saptapadi has not been performed.
Is Saptapadi is essentially a requirement if both are Hindu (Jatt & Baniya)
There has been No cohabitation at all(both living at hostels separately, even after marriage).
Physical relation established prior to getting the certificate & continued afterwards also for some time.
marriage not registered in court, Boy now wants the certificate cancelled but the girl doesn't.
is it a valid marriage if customs not performed &
who has the burden of proof if the boy wants the certificate to be cancelled. can the boy get married to some other girl without getting the Arya Samaj certificate cancelled?
