Im a girl
boy nd me dated from 2yrs we also extended to physical relation
but after he was gave me promise of marriage
i have proofs regarding that
now when time to marry he refused
said that parents not accepting u because u r belong to lower cast
his nd my family also knows about our physical relation
his family come to meet us also
but come with politicians of our area
he is from rich family
also his family offer money to close this all matter
what should i do now?

Hello,
my wife filled 13A against me in 2016. our case is running. I need one document with court stamp which include case details case number, name of both parties, court name and purpose of case (Divorce).
please let me know how can I get this document? my lawyer is saying court will not give such a document.

daughter a divorse yet do not want to go court
and file for a leagal devorse they just want me
to sign an affidavite which would state that

Wife wanted case to be transfer in her city Bhopal ,she plea Jabalpur high court, what all things should I do to avoid this transfer I am staying in Indore doing job here ,my son is also with me studying here with me this cause her his study .

I HOPE EXPERTS SHALL GIVE A CONSIDERED OPINION WHICH WILL BE OF GREAT HELP TO ME. I am a senior citizen of about 68 years of age.
REFERENCE:- COMPLAINT UNDER D/V ACT U/S 12 OF PWDV ACT & PURPOSE TO EXTORT MONEY. I filed a petition in H/Court for quashing WHICH is in filing stage. Reliance: para-24 of Inder Singh Grewal vs. State of Punjab & Anr. Some objection has been raised by filing assistant. THERE WAS NO DOMESTIC RELATIONSHIP FOR MORE THAN 1 YEAR {PROOF: PCR REPORT}. My query are as follows:
1) Whether R-3 can file petition for quashing Complaint in his personal capacity?
2) ORIGINAL TITLE: GREESHMA VS. BINU & ORS [R-1, R3, R3 & R4].
While filing Petition for quashing above D/V Petition, u/s 482 r/w 468 CrPC
in the High Court, can the title be MADE AS follows:
“R-3 v/s (1) GREESHMA (2) FATHER”
[since there is PCR report of police that she was kept in captivity and was prevented from going to sasural].
3) Since NO FIR has been filed: how can State become a party?
4) Filing assistant has asked for clarification as to how there is jurisdiction (territorial, pecuniary etc_for H/C.
{Is it right that District courts come under High Court and there is absolute territorial jurisdiction. There is also pecuniary jurisdiction as the demand by complainant is more than 20 lakhs}.
5) How the quashing petition is maintainable?

Hi
My wife has filed CRPC 125 and DV against me. The cases have reached the stage of recording evidence.
The cases are running in wife's parental place, which is in another state, and around 450km away from my place.
I learnt from my advocate that "accused (which is me) must be present during recording evidence, and recording evidence can take 3-4 days".
It is not possible for me to stay in this place for 3-4 days. Moreover wife can also harass me by being present on 1 day and be absent on the next day. I am already harassed a lot due to multiple trips to this place every 2-3 months.
What are my options so that I do not have to stay more than 1 day for the stage of recording evidence? Is it possible to get complete exemption? This is sheer harassment which I want to avoid.

I am a 31 year old female living in Noida.
I have been in a very bad problem for the last 1 year.
The problem started with my decision to get married to a guy I knew around 7 years back.It was a arya samaj marriage that was done in Delhi. I am a Hindu but my husband is a Jain.
My parents did not agree of the marriage and I left my parents home to live in my so called husband home in Gurgaon.
However my husbands home was also not much supportive and as a result after 2 months I returned to my father's home and my father was very unhappy with me.
To avoid any embarrassment my family or me never told anybody about this marriage.
I was in depression for a long time but was able to come out of it after sometime.
All this while I avoided contact with my husband and so did he.
He too had not mentioned to anyone that he was married to me all this while.
However for the last 1 year i bumped into him and we started interacting again.
Things started on a good note but now he has been pestering me to divorce him. He has become very aggressive and threatening me with going public about our marriage by posting on FB etc.
If that happens my father will be very upset and have health complications.
I dont know what to do as I dont want any stigma since I intend to get married as per my parents wishes.

Lying in court is punishable ? how serious is it.
The boy got married to my best friend where I was a witness. later on, the boy refused to cohabit with her & due to family pressure from boys side he started to ignore her. later my friend warned him to amend things but the boy has filled a case of nullity of marriage on the grounds that the address on the certificate in present address & permanent address is an old one and was resided by some other govt. people when the marriage took place.
one more thing that saptapadi/saat phera was not performed though both are proper Hindu from Gurgaon. I will lie in court so will the Arya Samaj Pandit & everyone else in the court to defend the marriage except boy....boy had no friend from his side. as the boy has no video to prove that there was no saat phera performed we will obvisusly win.but still will there be any problem in court, any chance that will be caught.... what should I do.
will my friend lose the case for nonperformance of religious customary rites of marriage and wrong address mentioned from the appellant boy. can a Arya Samaj certificate nullify just because the information provided herein in not correct? really that can be?
what must I do to win my friends cause without getting caught in a web of law? can judge punish a witness for lying in court.
