Sir, My friend has filed MC for her daughter. As informed he is an inspector of police and he didn't came to court even after receiving the summons. So after the ex party evidence is close they have ordered to give 7000 pm. But she has requested for 25000pm. Is there any possibilities to appeal the same. Where to appeal in session or high court. Will she get the amount? What should she do now? Please advice

My husband is added as respondent no 2 by his friend in his divorce case.his friend is claiming that my husband has committed an adultery with his wife.we have submitted a application in high court for quashing my husband's name from his friends divorce petition.
his friend has installed a spy software in his wife mobile phone and recorded some conversation of my husband and his wife.pl suggest what to do

Kindly provide the suggestion where my wife has filed false DV and 125 maintainance case with false and manipulated documents.
Am submit the written objection with strong proof point wise only to reduce interim maintaince where main case is still pending for trail.
A demand draft has been made from wife's account infavour of Bharti Airtel Limited. Demand Draft amount is Rs 50000/-.
Should i show that bank statement in court as she has made DD on the name of Bharti Airtel on 2014 which is not return yet. Thats mean she has doing a business of telecommunication.
Kindly suggest.

HI,
My father in law has filled a false charges of dowry demand and DV case against me and my family members. Final chargesheet has been submitted, Althrough I have hired a lawyer but not have a full confidence on him. Request you to please guide me for my below queries
1) Can I apply for Quashing in High court? My lawyer is saying that first you have to take the bail from lower court and then only can apply for quashing?
2) Please guide me with the end to end process of Quashing? Also, can quashing be filled charge sheet submission?
3) What is Expedious order? Do I need to take it from high court to used the same in case lower court judge denies my bail?
Please help me with honest response and if any strategy by opting which I can get out of this false charges?

Sir/Madam,
My own brother is playing game with us. We are in joint family. He has taken near about Rs. 50,00,000/- loan from market/people/bank and not giving reason of taking the loan or where he invested. If simply says he has lost all his money in Commodity Trading and not coming to home.
