Can a mother make a will of her share in ancestral property.

Respected Sir/Madam,

My mother had made a WILL in the favour of her one son, where she has 2 sons and 1 daughter (We belong to a Hindu Family). She was residing in Maharashtra and Karnataka state , but she made a WILL in Goa state. She was under the treatment of cancer from 2010 and made Will in 2015 her age was 86yr. And died in September 2017 at the age of 88yr.
In the WILL she has said that she is giving her share of ancestral property to her one son only which situated in the 3 states. But in fact, 1) she was having one property in maharashtra state which was in form of Stridhan which she gave it to that same son in 2011 by gift deed without telling to anyone and now that property is already transferred in his name. 2) she was having share in property in karnataka state which was of her husband and that property was ancestral not self owned. 3) she was having one more daughter but she died in 2014 and by the portuguese law of Goa state , the property of her daughter (which she had put inventory suit in court to claim her share) should be transferred to her nearest blood which was her mother (means my mother too) but in fact that property status was yet to decide by the court till today. In meantime both my sister died in 2014 and my mother died in 2017 and inventory is still going on. Goa state property is also ancestral property which was not even transferred in the name of my sister or mother. But my mother makes a WILL stating that my property share to be given to one son only without mentioning any property description.
So can me and my sister challenge such WILL in court. How much are chances to win this case.?

Thanking You...

Father mentally torturing

Hello,
I am 21 year old guy who is living in Kanpur, UP. I have done my graduation and Im trying to find a job. I live with my parents but my father has been constantly abusing me and mentally torturing because I dont want to work in his business. He has kept hold of my bank account documents and my personal belongings such as aadhaar card & my pan card. When I ask him for my stuff, he abuses me tell me that I dont have any right to ask him and as Im unemployed I dont even have the right to live in his house. Im really frustrated with this lifestyle. Please suggest some ways I can mend things.

Wife is working in accenture how to prove her income

My wife left me 2.5 years before, she lived with me very short duration 6 months (no child born out of this wedlock), last 2 years i tried to bring her back but she denied to return, recently she filed divorce and she applied for HMA 24, in her application she wrote that she is not working anywhere and my husband earns 1.5 lakh per month (completely fake fact).

I come to know by her close relatives she is planning for second marriage so she filed for divorce with hma 24 by fake facts so that because of monthly maintenance i will be ready for mutual divorce by paying settlement money. I know she is working in Accenture software company and earning decent salary so i applied for order 11 rule 14 application to summon her employer to prove my point i have provide her employment details & video while entering in Accenture office building, but judge reject my application and asking to produce her income documents otherwise i will order interim maintenance, he is saying i will order interim if you do not have her earning proof & you can later prove things during cross examining her.

My query is that there any other way to convince judge to summon her employer as i have solid proof of her employment but do not have proof to prove her income in court, out of court she is laughing on me and forcing to pay lumpsum settlement money or ready to pay interim money, i am not in a position to pay her and her earning is very good (40-50k range) but she is taking advantage of this situation and not providing her income details to court.

I have her pan card details with me is there any way to prove her income, we tried to convince judge to invite any representative of her company which will resolve this issue with in a second by exposing her lie in court but judge is not allowing for it too, Is there any way to get relief in same court.

People suggesting many ways like take help of detective services but before going in wrong direction i want to know still is there any legal way left to get justice by our law.

Inter religion marriage

Hi

I am a Hindu girl, age - 27 and my fiance is Muslim and his age is 29. He is working in USA and after marriage I will be shifting there too. We are getting married in December in front of our families and for this he is coming to India on 4th Dec and leaving on 28th Dec. I wanted to know if we want to do a court marriage under special marriage act, will both the parties have to be available to apply?
Or can one party apply and on the date of court marriage both the parties be available? .Since he is just coming for 24 days and it'll be difficult for us to apply then as the marriage date is given after 30 days of application submission. .

Also, if court marriage is not possible then post both side wedding functions are done, then can it be register under special marriage act? Is this a possibility? Both of us are not very religious but at the same time we don't want to change our religion and our families are supportive of the marriage but not a change of religion.

Kindly advice. Thanks!

Property and family disputes

I am trying to explain the whole scenario of mine through the below-mentioned paragraphs. Requesting you all to provide the appropriate solutions.

• We have in all 2 properties in Maharashtra, 2 plots, a commercial complex, one house in a village and also
few acres of land in the village.

• Both the properties which are in Maharashtra were in the name of my deceased grandfather (Sale deed was
executed in his name) who is no more since last 4 years.

• 2 Plots which is in the village are registered right from the very beginning in the name of my Grandmother.

• The Commercial Complex which is in the village was initially in the name of my grandfather but later on, it was
registered in the name of my Mom and Aunt.

• Village house is not in anyone's name since there is no such process for the village house.

• The farm fields were already registered in the name of all the legal heirs of my Grandfather as per the
procedure of the government, upon post death of my grandfather.

• This is dispute particularly in between my Grand Mother and My Uncle. My Grandma stays along with my
Father.

We wanted to distribute the property which is the name of the deceased amongst all the legal heirs of the Grandfather. His legal heirs include a wife, 2 sons and a daughter.
It is creating a great fuss amongst the family members. We want to get these property issues resolve through court. What are the measures available for us?

Cancelling marriage after the engegement

Hello Sir/Madam,

I had the engagement last month and the marriage date & hall has been fixed for 2018. But on our daily conversations, I am being discouraged on her behavior/attitude/adverse reactions like
for eg. the girl not ready to cook (instead asking me to cook), Disrespect to my parents, not ready/laziness to fulfill basic responsibilities like caring my parents, caring myself, caring family & not giving value to relationships/emotions.

Many times I have tried to convince/explain about how the things should be!, but no changes seen :( I am afraid to marry her as her adverse behavior may lead to misunderstandings/ DV issues after marriage..

Kindly advise whats the legal impact to cancel the marriage?? I am ready pay out any expenses

Also I am expecting a strong resistance from girl's side and we don't have any mediator who can help.. will the legal procedures help us?
