Last Month in 23.11.2017 i got married i want to register my marriage can you PLZ guide me where i can register my marriage in delhi .
And i also want to change here surname as she is also ready for it
So dear all lawyersclub members kindly guide me what steps should i need to take

Respected wise people merry Christmas and happy new year
my father died a year ago. He had a fixed deposit in SBI of 1 lac 50 thousand and a LIC wealth policy of worth 1.35 lac.they were from 2010 my father died on 13 dec 2016 leaving my mother and two sons.We lives in Bhopal in MP
we are Hindu.
the nominee in both of fixed deposit and LIC policy is my uncle the real brother of my father.
when my father made him nominee that time all was good but later there were disputes between my father and uncle.
Can my mother claim those assets being a legal heir.?If yes then how?
please suggest me what the law says in India
Hope you wise people understood my point

Hi, This Vijay and have below query for Grand parents
My yonger aunt has only one boy and got married as well as blessed
with baby boy, now he[baby boy] is 4 years old and
he is staying with his mother but my aunt son[boy father]
was passed away when boy was 1 year old. Later boy mother married another
person and given birth to another baby boy. Now my aunt wants to get their
grand child with them ,who is also only one legal heir for them but they
are struggling to get their grand child with them since his mother
is not willing to give boy to his grand parents. Please let
us know that is there any way that grand parents can get
their grand child and how grand parents can move further
to get their grand child with them

Wrt to.previous querries,my wife had.send a reply to.my legal notice sent on 7 oct 2017.she left matrimonial home along with infant baby with her father to attend family function on 13 sept.2017.after that I send RCR summon when.she refused to come back.but summon.was.returned.back endorsing no one live at the given.address.I send summon.again.to the working address and previous address of my wife.after that I got legal notice from my wife from the same.address from.where summon.was.returned.whose wording are as follows.

Wrt.to.above statement I.want to.disclose.some.facts
my wife was.employed.at bank.before my marriage.
I forced.her to.travell.because distance was.50'km.only and.she.used.to.travel.via bus.my mother used.to.cook.food.and.I.used.to.do remaining work.of house.
She.conceived in june 2016 and.had.applied.for.transfer in.may 2016
In august 2016'she.was.transferred to my place just 3km..
She.left home.due to.her.own.vested.interest as.she.was.more interested in looking after her.father.
While.leaving she.took.all.her.certificates and.stridhan
So content of legal.notice contradict her or not and.how.to.use this legal notice during RCR

Dear Sir,
We have submitted our mutual consent documents last week in one of court in Maharashtra district. While submitting the documents, the court official informed us that they will feed this data in system and v ll get an sms of hearing date on our cell. But now Christmas holidays are going on. Hence till now, v hvnt received any sms.
Could you please let us the some information
1) what is the next procedure after receiving sms?
2) v hv already completed separation period of 1 year, still will the court consider the cooling off period of 6 months? Our marriage was concluded within 20 days of the marriage.

Can my wife ask for share in my property gifted to me by my parents. I have a baby girl of 13months old . She stays with me for few days and again goes back to her maternal home and to her brothers home. At odd hours she wants to move out of home leaving the baby to me after pursuation and told her she may leave me if not interested only during morning hours. Or atleast when their parents come. I cannot be watchman to her at all the time and I am also scared of her safety because she/parents point out me my parents for her condition. Her brothers are in police department and we face a lot of pressure.kindly advice me.

Dear sir, this Anil from Hyd, I married in Nov 2015, I check the my wife WhatsApp call records that she want to marry her close relative uncle , he also visited my house in the absence of me. when i check her WhatsApp voice call data they talk about sex & try to marry both of them. Presently no children's to our. Is possible get divorce with out any alimony from my wife. ? I take 50,000 cash at marriage & 2 lakhs gold to her by her parents. Nearly more than 1000 WhatsApp voice calls data available with me. Is above evidence enough for to get divorce.?

Dvc challenged in high court to reduce maintenance-husband
Dear sir,
I filed petition in HC to reduced the maintenance, got order to pay half of the district court order and 498a acquitted long ego.
Now her side pressurizing me for discussions and one time settlement, and I dont have any positive hopes on them.
I suspect same story of huge money extract from me also it appears that they want me to tell in HC that I am ready for out of court settlement.
My question is can I ask them to withdraw DVC and come for discussion instead of me telling in HC that I am ready for out of court settlement.
