Hi
I had married in December 2017 and I want to give divorce to my wife so she can marry someone else
I had informed this to her before marriage that if our marriage didnt worked then we will go away from it.
Tell me ways to end up this marriage
1. we mutually agreed and signed on stamp paper in front of lawyer - will it be ok
2. Or can we file MCD within 3 month of completion of marriage

My query is regarding the decision given by district court to pay ₹20,000 monthly maintenance to my wife and child under section 125. My wife is living with her parents for last 3 years and is working. It's her decision only to stay with her parents.
Q1.What is the procedure of challenging the decision as the amount is too high?
Q2.If I am not in a position of paying the amount then what can court do?
Q3. Is there is any provision to file complaint against biased behaviour ofJudge?

My grandmother got 5 acres of Land into her name after the death of her husband.
My grandfather got the Same property after the death of His father.
My great grandfather got the Same property as His share from His father.
My questions:
What is the nature of property in the Hands of My grandmother?
Can she write a will deed?
Is it legally valid?
If Not what is the legal Procedure ?

Dear Sir,
I want to file a divorce on the basis of Cruelty thus need to know more information on the separation clause before filing for divorce. I was staying away from my wife for 2 years and i have all the proofs to submit such as rent agreement copy, rent receipts etc very recently i have settled with my wife again after the discussion of two families. but there is no improvement in my wife even after the desertion of 2 years. Now i have enough evidence to prove the cruelty of my wife towards me and and my parents. Please note she is 4 month pregnant this time and from now on wards she demands that my parents will not be able to see my new born child as according to her they are cursed. My marriage is under Special Marriage Act.
Please help me to file a divorce petition on the basis of cruelty, need to know if I file it now will there be any repercussions or should i wait till the delivery and then file divorce petition.
Also need a face to face consultation with specialized expert in Divorce cases from the Men's corner. Please provide me the contact details to take it further.
Best Regards
Zak.

Couple Got married in year 2007. There is no baby from the marriage and both are salaried.
After 1 year of separation, Both boy and girl went for mutual 1st motion in Gurgaon in year 2012 court but girl backed off from 2nd motion and filed all DV/Maintenance etc cases in Delhi court against the boy and his family just before 2nd motion. Boy was supposed to pay 3L at time of 2nd motion and 3L cheque courier was rejected by the girl as she demanded 25L in women cell.
Boy filed contested divorse in Gurgaon in year 2014 and won the case in Gurgaon Court on basis of cruelty and got the decree in November after the decree. Boy couriered the cheque but it came back. Girl changed the address so the boy has filed an application in court asking court to accept 4.2L cheque on her behalf as the girl's address mentioned in divorse decree in incorrect.
When can the boy remarry? lot of lawyer says that boy needs to wait for 90 days, is it so? if yes, is it 90 days from date of decree or from date of receipt of order copy? Will Chandigarh High court put a stay on divorse decree if she go for an appeal.

Respected Experts of the Club,
Al the outset l would like to thank all of You for your elite advice provided to the Querists
I hereby request to opine for the following case
Mr. P has three children A (Daughter) B (Elder Son) & C (Younger Son) P Expires in 2001
In Will executed by P shows that P has deprived any Inheritance to A & B and given property to his Iive - in woman _’X’ mentioning that on death of X his last "C ” will inherit the property.
Under the circumstances can this Will be challenged IS assumed that C along with X contrived to forge the Will
Why should not A & B get the share, they have equally contributed, sustaining family financially
Awaiting your solicited opinion
Thank You
Sincerely
Chirag Belani

Matters related to indian trust act
Hello Experts,
I own Family trust in relation to immovable property, which so far i don't know weather it is registered or unregistered because it is just type on Rs.100/- stamped paper in the year 1988, where my Grandfather & Father is trustee and rest 3 brothers of my father are beneficiary. Out of which 2 brother are died leaving behind their hires.
Know i want to remove my grandfather name due to his old age and with his permission and add my self into the trustee. Please let me know the procedure if it is sufficient to remove him in the same way by making Agreement upon stamp paper or i have to take permission from some authority.
Please also let me know the Procedure if i can add or remove the name of beneficiary, thus removing the name of beneficiary will violet the right of Legal Hires.
Please give your valuable suggestion upon it.
