Dear Experts,
I am from delhi.
I have taken mutual divorce 3 months back. In settlement deed it was mention that custody of child ( 5 year boy) will be with her mother and she will get the child for meeting with me on every first sunday of every month.
But she never did that , When i called her i got to know she has changed her phone no.
So, I approached family court for compliance of settlement deed. Court summoned her but summoned was returned by her parents stating that their daughter is not living with them and they don't know her present address.
kindly guide what can i do ?

I m working for a government company. Due to some marital disputes I filed divorce petition against my wife. We don't have children. In retaliation My wife filed cases like 498A,354 of IPc and 3 and 4 of DP Act in April 2014 against me,my parents,sister and cousin brother.myself and my parents were in jail for 14days.after enlargement on bail as my wife was still residing in my company provided quarter I stayed outside by paying rent.she filed dvc against me my prents and sister in February 2016. In July 2017 on administrative grounds I was transferred to another place .I reported at new place in SeptemberI2017 but till now she has not vacated the quarter.she was awarded monthly maintenance of 5000 in dvc and 10000 in hmop.in order to take quarter at new place I need to handover quarter at old place to the company.presently I m staying in a rented portion at new place.
I want to know as she is drawing maintenance can we file a petition in local court to get the quarter vacated or is there any other way.

dear sirs,
i wish to know that whether the written objection by me/husband
should be done with affidavit or it can be done with verification by self at the end.
My lawyer is saying that there is no need to do affidavit as verification will do in that case.
My wife's petition is supported by affidavit.
if i submit written objection without affidavit would it be detrimental for me?
please suggest.

Dear sir
Got acquitted in 498a and paying maintenance in DVC which is in HC.
Now third party person(s) trying to distract me at my work place. How can I warn them as there is no genuine ID provided by him. More over in my DVC order, judge ordered that, I cannot communicate with her and my daughter. If she is coming to my work place what should I do?

Hi,
My husband expired. He was having my 8 years son custody.
Now the matter has dismissed in the court.
My son is now with his grandparents. They are not allowing me to meet my son.
Please do suggest how can I take my son custody back from them.

Hi ,
I seek your advice very seriously on getting divorce on my particular case.
I have been married since December,2016 (more than a year now) and we have never been together more than 4 consecutive days as we are working in corporate sector in different cities. My wife has been giving false promise of her relocation to my place since one year. I cannot relocate to her place because I have some other work too which can't be possible at other locations.
Recently I asked to move to my location she totally refused to relocate. Her father is also giving bluff that she will move to your place(this is an arranged marriage).my wife does not pick call or reply to text anymore. I am very depressed and mentally tortured due to her behavior. My parents are also panicked and disturbed.
Please help me how to get divorce?
As we have never been together, is it easier to get divorce?
Do I need to pay resettlement for divorce?
Pls pls suggest the best way to get out of it.

Hi, please give me your valuable advice
I got married 2 years back, I have no child. Since starting my wife dominated me. She doesn't respect me and my family members. She uses abusive laungage. Many times she has beaten me. She threatens of police complaint. I have been totally mentally disturbed. Now me and my family doesn't want to keep her. She is trying to trap us in false 498a case. Also putting false allegations which have no base. No one in her family is read to talk. How can I get rid of her. Should I apply for divorce, how long it will run in court. So far no FIR has been registered from either side.
