Sir,
I have filed divorce case at Maharashtra in July 2017. In this connection my wife has filed request to Supreme Court for the transfer of divorce case from Maharashtra to Bhopal (Madhay Pradesh). In this regards she has gotten stay from Supreme Court and the matter has been pending at Supreme Court. Recently notice issue form Supreme Court regarding transfer of case but till date I have not received notice.
My query is can I go to Supreme Court for stopping process of transfer ?
Or Can I withdraw the divorce petition and after some days filed again divorce petition ?
What would I do ? kindly guide me or any another solution please mention ?

After about 22 years of marriage , wife stopped living with husband and goes to her parents home without giving any reason. Wife left home about two years back as husband was posted at a very distant remote place .
Many efforts made to call her back ,but she did not return.
Summons also sent by family court under conjugal rights, but she refused to take summons . Matter likly to decided by court ex party.
Husband has purchased a flat in delhi about 7-8 years back and had got it registered along with his wife's name as a normal good gesture.
Wife not earning member..
Wife's only interest is in the share of husband,s property.
Can wife entitled for share in above circumstances .
Please advise .

I Saurabh Gaur got married to Pallavi Sharma on 4 April 2016 at Arya Samaj Mandir Trust and registered the same marriage on 13 April 2016 and received the marriage certificate then attested with MEA Delhi. With this marriage certificate I applied for Italy Visa for my wife which is now rejected by the Italian Embassy of Delhi and the reason they gave that the place where our marriage was solemnized i.e. Arya Samaj Mandir Trust, is not a temple but a trust duly it is invalid and according to that my marriage certificate is also invalid.
Is there any provision that I can cancel the registration of my marriage certificate without divorce, so we can marry again and register that marriage as per the requirement of Italian Embassy?
or what can we do, any suggestion?

My dear experts
Would it be convenient for you let me know the court fee playable on petition for filing an application To have a succession certificate from the court.
Ofcourse sucession certificate fee by way of lodgement @6% if the value is more than two lakhs.
A widow has to apply to have a succession certificate from the court for transmission of shares from her husband who died with out having any will etc;leaving her with three daughters.
Kindly advice on this my dear experts.

I am from Telangana stays in mumbai.married 2 and half years back.
Now my wife want divorce so he had registered a false case 498a,3,4 of Ipc.
So we agreed to get divorced.i will give my wife divorce and she will cancell the 498a case on me so i have applied for divorce sec 131(1) ia.
Adovacat is common for divorce and the case filled by my wife.
Advocate has said within 3 to 4 months divorce will be done .
I came to mumbai
Adovacat has not informed me on any hearing.
When i checked online its shows that my petition is filled with some other advocate
And my first hearing was on January
I was not informed so i was absent
Petioner absent respondent is present.
2nd hearing was in feb 18 online its shows
Both petioner and respondent is absent
And presenting officer is on Od
Next hearing is on march
What Should i do
Is the adovacat is doing correctly
Pls reply and help me

Hi all, I am a married man with two children. I married another lady when i was distrub state of mind. But it was too late. we faced all legal problems.
Now i am managing both of them.
Recently i got job in middle east.
My first wife and kids will accompany me as soon as i settle down.
My question is how can i take my second wife
What all documents required for her safety
We lived 10yrs together now i dont want to leave her in india. Please suggest me

Dear Sir / madam,
I am battling with crpc 125 maintenance nearing 3 years! Paid more than 90%... But still opponent lawyer is not filing evidence. He is good at harassing me, taking dates n minting money! Wife not coming to court from 2.5 years but enjoying money! I changed 2 lawyers! Now the 3rd one... Is also not cooperating. When questioned something... They give noc!
*** Now opponent lawyer managed to issue FLW. Its been 3 months now... I asked my lawyer to appeal at high court! He says he has filed memo thrice... But HC not given dates due to hunger strike or limited judges in Bangalore. Now the date is on 3rd march 2018! What do i do? I have 70+ year old parents n the only son. Got nothing to recover at home. Will lose their life i am jailed! Who will take care of them when i am prisoned! Plz suggest.

My query get resolved but still the financial position of the daughter is not capable to furnish the court fees is there any exemption available to the daughter from court fees or if i will file a private complaint against the brother who is not giving the share in the property of deceased mother to her daughter does it bring any fruitful result in the future.

I have purchased a house plot in Hyderabad in 1973-74 with my money with valid receipt and got registered it in
my wife name and in 1980 ,my wife empowered me with Irrevocable General Power of Attorney to sell the property
and granted all powers including that the powers vested will be appllicable to all heirs,administrators and all those concerned with the deal without fixing any time limit fixed to sell the property. hence,in the light of the above powers, I have entered into a sale agreement with a party after having received a token amount. Now I,the agreement holder wants to get the property registered after paying the balance of amount.
Last year my wife passed away due to cancer. In tdhis condtext what is my position whether I can go for Sale?

Hi there.we have been fghting a case to get my brothers daughter custody and she has been living with us since 9 years now.
My Brother died 4 years ago and before that my sister in law actually put dowrey case on my brother and on my mother which is no longer current as my brother died. We won't the custody rights at Dehradun court , her mother applealed in the high court but we won again and we have got the custody for the girl. Her mother left coming seeing her since 2 years and our lawyer ask abrupt amount to get the final documents to us which I guess we have already won . We need help
