My Friend A died this month of a Sudden cardiac event, without any will . Though most of his policies have his Wife as a Nominee , his house & car were on his sole name only. Does she need to get a succession certificate in her name. She will also be getting a decent amount from his Personal Insurance Policies & Company Insurance in all these though she is the nominee. His parents have some property which they had recently transferred to his name and they are now getting a succession certificate in his hometown where the property exists.
Though his wife (B) has good relations with her in laws , but there is always a doubt and thus a little apprehension regarding them getting a succession certificate , which she may also need. Please advice on the same.

Sir,
We have filed an application u/s 13B for divorce and subsequently wehave also submited a application for waiver of statuatory period also.It seems there is a new SC order which makes mandatory to undergo the 6 months statuatory period.If so before 6 months can we again move an application for waiver of the statuatory period Kindly suggest

Respected sir,
As i asked yesterday that my wife remarried the other.and our first marriage was love marriage and i had the following evidences regarding the case.please tell me whether the following are enough evidence or not according to HMA ?
1.photos and negatives of our marriage (not registered or no certificate from temple)
2.while desserting or leaving me she filed a complaint against me and my parents (DVC) which was not registered in p.s but
2.a GD Entry certified copy of complaint which is numbered and
3.a certified copy of complaint in which she specified i'm her husband and signed in that.
4.while i filed a complaint on CI for harassing me with false cases the hon'ble court directed the matter to DSP which he gave in writing that marriage has taken place and she accepted that.
5.she filed a 498-A on 2nd husband in which the SI gave final report that she was already married with me and lived together with me for 3 months.
6.Court's injunction order based on photographs.
few more evidences.Are these worth for proving that she got married with me and valid marriage ?

My wife is not getting well with me and my family. I asked her we will stay seperate in rented house but she is refusing to do it.
Any idea why she is saying like this? is it related to property anyhow?

I wnat to know about divorce case and dowry. if husband file divorce case in delhi can wife parent file dowry case after divorce petition, if they file dowry case then how are husband and his family member safe from dowry case.

Hi, My wife has a daughter from her first marriage. After divorce she married me. She has the divorce decree also. In the daughter's birth certificate, it has her first and middle name and her bio father name. While admission to school, the school does not accept my name as the father as the birth certificate does not show that. How can my name come as the surname of my daughter? I showed them the decree and the name change of my wife to my surname also and marriage certificate but still the school does not accept. Please advise me a solution? Also how hard is for me to adopt my daughter without her bio father's consent through court as he has had no contact with the child since the divorce for four years. After four years he came to see her and call her on the phone in her birthday. That is it, does it count as child abandonment. The divorce decree also says that he the mother is responsible for the child in future and she has received a sum xx towards permanent alimony for her maintenance and also towards maintainer of minor child.

hi sir,
i'm male and already got married and its a love marriage.i have photographs and negatives with me after two months of marriage she desserted me and remarried again with another by concealing the former marriage and i got an injunction from the court from restraining my wife to remarry any other,before 2nd marriage inspite of injunction orders she married him and on a fine day he came to know the fact that she already got married and he filed a case under sections 420,120b,494 and null and void of his marriage and she was filing false cases on me recently a case was registered under sections 506,509 how far these sections show impact on me and i got a stay from high court.what will be the consequenses please kindly sugget me all the cases were pending.

I HAD PURCHASED A PROPERTY IN 1995. I HAD OPENED A PROPRIETORY CO. FOR MY WIFE JUST FOR TAX PURPOSES. I ALSO HAD MY OWN PROPRIETORY CO. SO WHEN WE PURCHASED THE FLAT IT WAS BASICALLY MY BUSINESS MONEY WHICH I WAS DIVIDING BETWEEN BOTH THE ACCOUNTS.(REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE.)
WE HAD ALSO TAKEN A LOAN ON THE BFLAT WHICH I CLEARED IN 3 YEARS AFTER TAKING MONEY FROM MY PARENTS PROPERTY THEY HAD SOLD.
TODAY WE ARE HAVEIN A CASE FOR DIVORCE FILED IN THE FAMILY COURT.BUT MUCH BEFORE THE CASE WAS APPLIED I HAD ALREADY TRANSFERRED MY WIFE'S SHARE VIDE GIFT DEED THROUGH A REGISTERED POWER OF ATTORNEY ON MY MOTHER'S NAME.
CAN SHE CLAIM ON THAT PROPERTY AS FINALLY TO CLEAR THE LOAN I HAD USED MY PARENTS MONEY.
WE ARE SHIA MUSLIMS. SO WHAT IS THE RULE IN THIS CASE. CAN SHE CLAIM FOR HER RIGHTS IN THAT PROPERTY I AM NOT ACCEPTING THE DIVORCE IN THE FIRST CASE.
ALL OTHER PROPERTIES WERE ALSO TRANSFERRED IN THE SAME MANNER TO MY MOTHER OF MY WIFE'S SHARE. BUT THESE PROPERTIES WERE ALL PURCHASED VIDE MONEY TRANSFERRED BY MY PARENTS TO MY WIFE'S AND MY ACCOUNT AS A GIFT IN THOSE DAYS.

Sister in law not vacating house
My brother and his wife used to stay in my house (self acquired) along with my mother, later due to my sister's pregnancy my mother moved to my rented house in bangalore. Later my brother and wife did not have cordial relations and she filed an FIR aganist my parents and husband. In retaliation my brother filed for divorce case in Mysore. Now my brothers wife has occupied by house and is not willing to leave the house until we pay her a huge compensation of 15 lac. Her lawyer also states that she has right to stay in matrimonial house and she wont leave the house at any cost. Do i have any rights on the property owned by me? how can i evict my brother wife from my house though legal means? please advice
