bank account is nominated to one of the children of the deceased male individual whose wife has already died. After the death of father the nominated child receives a sum after settlement of dues from the bank.
Does the nominee become the absolute owner of the sum received from the bank account as he/she was one of the legal heir out of the other brothers/sisters who were also legal heirs for the assets of the father?
I am a Catholic girl. I married in church on 24th may 2009, to a catholic boy in mangalore. This boy was involved in criminal activity in 2005 for which he was released on bail. At the time of proposal(through shaadi.com), he confided into me saying the aquittsl would take place soon. However, it does not seem to be. He is now evasive, and whenever i call his lawyer, their statements always differ. Over it all, ever since we got married, he has been financially insecure, and in my endevour to help him have been ill. my marriage is not registered in court. is it still considered legal? if he gets convicted, where do i stand? i have been ill-treated at his place and now he tells me that he does not want me back? What am i to do?
A marriage certificate has been registered by a guy by giving false documents like wedding invitation with my friend's name and by putting her signature.Knowing this, the girl filed a FIR with the police, they gave the feedback that the choultry records confirm that no marriage has happened on the day as said in the certificate.I am planning to marry her. My question is,based on the fraud certi. can he cause problems in our marriage if he complains? is there anyway to get a marriage certificate verified? How can i proceed further in this case? it is an admitted principle of law that, a woman who is continously living under adultery is disentitled to maintenance U/s. 125 of crpc. now my question is if i am confronted with such a case from the side of husband, what kind of proofs should my client submit, of course without contravening any provisions of law for the time being in force ?
kindly tell me the species of proofs which will prove helpful in family court to prove that she is living in adultery continously.
One lady due to her infertility assented in plane paper that her husband can perform his second marriage. Later on she was neglected and ill treated by her husband and other family members, due to which she had to left her home and came to her parents. After a long gap she filed application under 125 Cr.P.C.
Sir whether her assent on plane paper may be a hurdle in claiming maintenance?
how many witnesses r required during d regisration of marriage??
