hello sir,
we have diviced mutually on agreement paper. but we dont have decree.my wife married secound time after mutual divorce by panchayat.now if she come back from second husband she is able to claim for property or maintenance?

SENIOR'S OPINION NEEDED
If wife suddenly starts living separately with her minor child(6month).
What immediate action the husband can take to get the custody of the child? (If any at all condidering the age of the child).
Whether the husband can move to court to get access to the child? (like spending few hour with the child once or twice in a week)
Any legal option open to the husband?

i got divorce from my first wife in 1991.district court cancelled this decree.i filed appeal in high court.i got married second time in 2002.second wife also gave me divorce in mar 2009 and filed a case of plural marriage.high court gave its decision of my appeal in my favour and maintained order of lower court with effect from 1991.can someone tell me ,whether its a matter of plural marriage .

I am representing the wife (respondent)in a case of divorce petition filed by husband on the ground of cruelty by wife.Now case is fixed for 7th of june for summoning of wife(Respondent).I want to file application for maintainance u/s 24 of HMA and further i want to file a app/petition for custody of minor child (one and half year old girl)which was forcibly snatched from the motheri.e. wife by her husband at the time when she (wife)was shut out from the matrimonial house by her in laws.What is proper way which i have to adopt for custody of child,is their any provision that enable me to file custody application in the above stated divirce petition or i have to file a seperate case/petition for custody,secondly is it permissible to file app for maintainance us 24 HM Act at the time of 1st date of summoning or i should wait or i have to file app us 125 Crpc.Kindly suggest.Thanx n Regards Vinod Bansal Adv Jind

Dear Sir,
Regards to a property dispute between husband and wife a communication was received from the person from whom this purchase has been made.
The family court while framing the issues have questioned whether the fax message received while filing the OP, is it legally valid or not.
want to know if the messages received by electronic media like fax, sms or e mail is legally accepted or not. kindly provide with a citation so that i can use it.

A married person by faith Hindu ,changes his religion to Muslim and got married with another Hindu lady as per Mohamedan law showing some reason accepted under Mohamedan Law.
Question-1.Is the second marriage valid ?
2.If the answer is yes ,then what status the first wife will enjoy?

One criminal (498a) case where apparently the FIR copy is not available or missing in the court.
Will this be any impact in getting anticipatory bail order.

Hindu Marraige Act
My brother has filed the Application under section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act-1955 for restitution of the conjugal rights and for relief as his wife has left the matrimonial house without reasonable cause in the Hon'ble District court of the city. The notice was issued to the respondents
His in-lwas contacted him on the telephone for further talk but acted very much violently at the residence of my brother and made an attempt to break of the almeria by forcibly take off all the valuables i.e ornaments and cash from his residence.They used very abusive language and harrass him and had also tried to defame him by calling his neighbors
Since the matter is pending in the district court of the city Can he file another petition under section 13 (b) of the HMA on the ground of the cruelty for seeking divorce ?
What type of the other reliefs he can seek from the courts of his jurisdiction?
What he should do so that such instance should not happen again?
