Hi,
I need your advice on Same Gotra Marriage.
Can we marry to our third cousins from our paternal side?
I belong to a Maharashtrian Family and in our caste we have a custom of getting married to Dad’s Sister’s son/daughter or Mothers Brothers son/daughter which are ideally first cousins.
But we are third cousins from the Father's Side and have decided to get married.
Is the marriage considered legal?
Please help me out with the same.

how to get divorce from uk nri husband who is not ready to come india.
problem is that he is residing as PG and changes accomodation very frequently. Notice may not be received by him.

dear sir/madam,
actually I made a purchase for my brother in law and converted the same amount into emi which was planned to pay by himself each and every month and as per committment he was doing the same but in the end of jan 2010, one dispute had been occured between my in laws and me and now he stopped to pay the emi while till the end of march he was paying the amount from his own account. so can i lodge a complain against him coz from this purchase he bought a bike for himself which is in the name of him. can i get my money back ? note my wife is at his father's home and they are not sending her back, even my wife doesnot want to come back, moreover she is pregnent.

I n3eed the moral as well as legal advise on the following from the respected experts
My brother's wife has left the matrimonial house without reasonable cause as her parents had the greedy eyes on the familial assests of the brotherand he had made many reconciliatory efforts to bring her back but failed but later the parents of the girl has served the legal notice and threatened to implicate them in the false cases
My brother has moved an application for Anticipatory bail but the FIR was not registered aginst him so he has moved the Application under section 9 of Hindu Marraiage Act for seeking restitution of conjugal rights against his wife. Now his wife is saying that she is ready to cohabit with him with the condition that he should first take the case back
What he should do in such circumstances?
Whether he should get the decree for restitution in second hearing (After Notice)?
In case if hi wife will filed the reply whether he will have the liberty to file the rejoinder as there are certain facts which are of relevance but has not brought into Hon'ble Court Notice?

i am parag from mumbai, my wife hased filed 498 , 406 etc against me and my family after 1 years of separation, we got arrested and bailed out some days back, i had filed a divorce case in bandra court, and the court has sanction maintainanse of Rs.10 thousand per month. and now i havi lost my job. i salary was Rs 21 thousand.
so what would be the new status of maintainece cauase i have lost the job.

My father inherited property from my grandfather,as a sole child/inheritor.
He then sold this property and with this money he received he purchased another property.
Half of this property was then registered in his name and half in my mothers name.
Our Mother died 10 yrs back and father is now unsound of mind due to old age.
Mutation and changes were not done in govt land records,after mothers death.
My father has 3 children.
Qtn 1:Can my father gift/transfer his full half share in this property to my brother,without the consent/agreement of other 2 children?.
Qtn 2:Will this property be considered to be anscestral property or self acquired?
Qtn 3:What inheritance rights do all 3 children have.

my wife had filed false affidavit and got the transfer CMP orders... I am filing for revision in the order as I have now got evidence to show she has got 50 lakhs and transfer has been got by filing false affidavit.
Now in this Revision of TR cmp can I file 340 crpc for perjury as MP in the Revision petition?
if not than how to for file perjury for cheating the HC judge and obtaining the order in TR CMP?

my estranged wife and I are not living together for more than 3 years... now recently I have recieved a notice from the Protection officer of Domestic Violence(DV) saying that my wife has filed DV against me.
1) can my wife file DV case after 3 years of seperation?
2) is there any time limitation in filing this DV case?

1.Father is orphan and having custody of 6yr boy,fathers monthly income is rs1500only.And unable to pay interim maintenance rs1000 was ordered on april09 by family court, 2.wife deserted husband and child and husband ready to live with her.MY QUESTION IS THAT WILL COURT PUT FATHER AND CHILD INTO THE JAIL AND WHAT WILL BE THE REMEDY?
