2- On our wedding night she confessed another blunder of her life and that was that she had an affair continously till 4-5 yrs and used to have physical relation ship with her Boyfreind, but from last one year she has no contact with him, and she had no guilt about it and want me to accept her as she is, as she was.

The father passed away in India. He has a saving account of about 4 lacs. He left no nomination. The bank is asking for succession certificate. There is a daughter settled abroad, an old mother and a son in another State in India.
1.Can succession cert be got from another State than that the father passed away in.
2.What are the procedures?
3.How much would this procedure cost?

Kindly advise!

Thanking you.

Age limit for taking adoption in Hindu family.

Respected Experts,

“A” was one year baby in the year 1952 and was adopted by “B” (adopted mother) whose age was 17 years and whereas “C” (adopted father) was 21 years, at that time.

Is the adoption is legally valid or not? if so is there any apex court finding in this regard.
