one of my friends is having live in relationship with two ladies, both married to anotherpersons. what are the legal responsibilities of my friend towards them ? Both ladies are issueless and abandoned by their hubbies,(not divorced)

Recently in July-10 SC given judgement that father has priority #1 to take custody for their education.
If this can apply in general all such custodial cases.
brief case history
1) wife 498a put in 2006,& 2010
2) 2006 case is stayed in HC
3) 2010 case is yet to be chargesheeted
4) OP pending in family court 2008
5) Wife earns little through petty business
6) children studying 7,12 years (boys)
7) Husband earning through pvt firm
8) wife & husband living separetly
In above situation & based on SC judgement, does father has fair chances in custody of children?
Gods fordbid otherwise statement. Or let the experts say the way out for childrens future!!

Sir,
In my partition suit High Court has passed decree in my favour in my mother's property between our family members. Myself, my father and my sister final decree to be executed by the Trial Court. My sister has appealed to the Supreme Court but the Hon'ble Supreme Court dismissed her appeal.
Now can I proceed for Trial Court for passing the High Court decree for claiming my share in the property. Please will you sir, tell me what are the procedures for filing for final decree to be passed in the Lower Court (Trial Court). Whether my sister to stop me from claiming my property institute any other cases against me ?
Please kindly advise I will be grateful for your advise.

Myself and my wife are not living together for past 4 months. Can I go to her house and insist that I would stay there until they come up with some decision. For past 4 months they are neither saying YES or NO to any of our queries and always keep us guessing. Can I do that ? Will it cause any legal problem for me..No violence intended... just a kind of protest to keep things going..

Adjornment just to drag the case
Dear Experts,
My Divorce case is at Bangalore court and it is at my cross stage. But the respondent (my wife) is not attending the case and her lawyer simply ask for the date and judge also gives the date. her intension is only to drag the case. During last case date, judge informed her lawyer to bring her to the court , but she did not turn up for the next hearing and her lawyer asked for next date which judge also given.
Is that any rule in the family court to take further action and bring my wife to the court or whether we can ask the judge to waive the present stage(my cross) and go for ex party. Even if judge gives, whether she can roll back to my cross again thro high court.
Almost 8 months was over after my evidence, but the other party is just dragging the case.
How to handle this, Pls advice.
