if man is always wrong and woman's are always right.then marrige must be considered as slavery for the man.
female can do and say anything but if man say then police and court.
soon that day will definitely come when man looses his gene power of earning-never do any savings for family-will not think about anyone except himself.
man brings woman at her home taking her responsibility but women say whatever i want you have to fulfill otherwise court.
womans are allowed for polygyny but man's are not allowed.
sorry, for all this stuff but somewhere man suppose to be considered if not then give me death punishment.

Respected sir,
In my marrige except money nothing else is there.
she will not be without money.
i am ready to keep the child she is happy with her rich boy friend.doesnt matter my destiny.
i cannot sleep due to tension whether she put the child in the orphanage.
if i give her maintenance then how i will live with small left money.
my question remains there if my salary is 9000/- only what would be the maintenance.
i am assistant accountant in pvt company.
can i claim for divorce on behalf of
conjugal rights notice in july last year.
my life turns miserable due to my wife.sometime i am thinking to commit suicide but i am thinking of the old person with me depends on me for two time meal.

I always wanted to stay with her but she never even now i tried to talk with her parents. but she refused to talk with.
she always misused words for me and for my family.despite that she never allow me to see the child how she can do that.
can i ask the court to give me written permission to see the child.

Respondent is facing divorce petition based on cruelity and desertion. He has proof of the mobile number his wife is using and doubt the number is after name of her boyfriend who is her neighbourer of her parental home. How can he get the information about the mobile number in writing for prooving unfaithfulness in the court ? He dont want that she should know this before producing this information in the court.

my wife is not staying with me and do not want even to stay.
claiming for maintenance is valid how?
she want only money even my several efforts have no value?
what about my life?
how i will leave?
last year in july i sent a notice using conjugal rights to stay with me she came and stayed only for few days
and left.
sir, man has no right to live?

Even if wife left the matrimonial home by her own wish along with parents with threatening words like mahila ayog-police-others.
family does not allow me to see the child also.

Respected sir/madam,
Is it compulsory to file the petition of conjugal rights in court to take wife back or notice through lawyer is counted sufficient for the same.
my wife never wished to stay with me and even now the same but she has claimed for maintenance and divorce which i dont want for the sake of child.
but if she wants i will give but why maintenance as she herself is not staying with me .is court can grant maintenance for her in such a scene.

thanks for my last query,
1)Last year in july i had sent a notice to my wife towards stay with me with the help of a lawyer.using conjugal rights.she came and stayed for few days and left by her own wish.
2)almost year passed she left can i file for divorce.
3)if divorce granted she can demand maintenance.she is living with her rich boyfriend.
4)i still wanted to stay with her because of child but she dont want .
