I am Hindi & have one living daughter of 30 years & wants to adopt a male baby from my wifes sister newly born male. We all are agree , what legal formalities are to be completed.My age is 57 & my wife is 52 years old . Please guide.

One of relative husband expired 17 months back. His wife wanted to withdra epf money and pension. She, minor son and her mother in law are having share in pf amount. Pf office people are asking guardianship certificate to issue minor son share. Though mother is a natural guardian but still they are asking because in muslim personal law only father is natural guardian. How can she get guardianship certficate for her minor son. How much legal charges will be there.

Sir my self shivkumar. As we living separately since Oct 2016 till date in mid I had a baby on December 24th/2016.i am feeling mental stress as it is being nearly 2years. I am away from my child. As she use to tell lies and as per mindset she doesn't want to live with in laws. As we had married on 2nd may2015. On the early morning of next day of marriages said that your father asked dowry from us. Thing is even a single rupee has not taken from their end. As they had blackmailing on my father. We tell to media etc her mother is lead role in this matter. For some period we together then I send her to hostel to complete her studies but she didn't studied and made torture that she will commit suicide unless I call or talk to her when she says. My parents tried to in every aspects as possible as they can, by family members, as you know In village Sarpanch and some others members. But they refused to talk or neither coming to stay to my home. As now she had left the baby with her parents and went to study her nursing course. As my son in 1yr3months.though I am not able to understand what should I do now. Sometimes I feel depressed and think to end of life but certain things come about parents and my son for whom I want back with me. I request expert please suggest me what action should be taken.

One of my friend daughter has got married and had a girl child of 4 years old. The marriage was conducted in Aug..2011 and the child born in Nov.2013. Thereafter, the husband has deserted and not turned back to see either the child and the wife. There was some dispute in Stridhana between the two families. The where about of the husband is not known right now. It is an hear say news that the husband has gone to some foreign country on employment. The wife is no more interested in continuing the relationship with her husband. The husband permanent address in India is available. Whether the wife can now apply for divorce in the present scnerio?. If so, how the notice/summon be served to the husband in the absence of his present address? Please guide me.

My query is --- A family is residing as muslim in one state(andhrapradesh) and as a hindu in anotherstate(West bengal)..They are having two voter ID proof in both places.They filed 498A case in andhra with the help of muslim ID proofs and They filed maintenace case and IPC u/s 380/406 in westbengal with the help of hindu ID proofs..Somehow ..being a husband i collected their muslim ID proofs of family members. but i cannot collect their (hindu) westbengal ID proofs....How can i collect their id proofs in west bengal...Can i file RTI to MRO about this issue or is there any other alternative..Please suggest

Sir, My query is -- A family is residing as muslim in one state and as a hindu in west bengal.they are having two id proofs.By utlizing ID proofs of muslim they filed 498A case in andhrapradesh state and by using hindu ID proofs they filed crpc sec 125 and IPC u/s 380/406(which was squashed)..Now my doubt is how can i file anti-national activity on that family..Can i write a petition to MRO regarding this or Can i approach police station...I collected all family members muslim ID proofs in andhra pradesh and I got ony voter id's(west bengal -- hindu proof) of them...They are enjoying both the benefits..Please suggest me..waiting for your reply

Hlo my name is shilpa i want to know that how to get divorce if one partner is in other country and she already done 2nd marriage there without having divorce with her ex husband.if she filed a divorce case in india is it compulsory for her to come for divorce.

My friend have a issue with her marriage life, few days before she left her husband house and went to his father home due to quarrel between husband and wife .. before few days they decided to take divorce through notary, but now husband not agree for the same another thing is that she's daughter came with her and son is with is father ..
now she want to marry with me and we mutually agree for the same and my MCD is pending ..
kindly suggest me how can she avail divorce from her husband and what ground...
If my MCD is pending shall i live with her ? with his daughter ?

can a male above 85 yr adopt a person of 50 yr. adoptee"s father & mother died.but since 5 yrs such 50 yr grown up person is living with such 85 yr old man.
can he adopt him now or not ?
