I am 34 years old divorcee woman, live with my widow mother....My income is 10 lakh per annum. Am i eligible to adopt a child ? If yes, then please tell me what are the documents required

hi,this is regarding my friend, who got married in the year 2012, it was arrange cum register marriage,with the concern of both bride and groom, as parents refused for their concern for marriage, so, both decided and got married, after being in touch for one year ie...from 2010 -11.they had detailed discussion regarding future etc,, and got married .. but after marriage, truth came out that he is already married having two major kids... and he has deserted his wife..for the past 10 years...he was thowrn out of job for his misconduct,,,case is pending in high court reinstate back to job.after knowning everything true fact....girl gave 2nd chance,asked him to divorce his wife or her....she has left him and back to her parents house...now here father is not ready to accept her and want to throw her out of their house....now what can be done in this situation...girls is working in private concern.

One Surety is enough or what in a 498 A case (case in court is pending due to the inconvenience of parties to attend), wherein there is already a mutual settlement and both husband and wife are staying together for the last 10 months...

my divorce case is settled ,but one thing remained that is how lawyer obtained my address,can I send notice to lawyer asking for proof or any action against lawyer as she and my wife harrsed me with false allegations

sir, brother got married last year, but unfortunetly he suffered by chicken pox within 3to 4 days afer marriage, due which cohabitation was not conducted , and the bride was adviced to keep away from grooms for 2to 3 month til the grooms gets well, but bride was misguided by her parents and relative due which there raised problems for family dispute,bride had left the matimonial home even after advisindg not to go back. councelling was done by elders and other relatives too..bride had approached ngo for women for divorce...and more over she trying to file dowery case on false agligation as there was no demand for money or other thing at marriage. camn i file a caveat or let me know any other remedy.

I'm a 29 yr old , Muslim and working woman. I was married in September 2015. My husband never took interest in physical relationship. As it was an arrange marriage,and he was of shy and reserve nature, i thought it will sort out with time.
But as the time passed, this lack of intimacy affected our marriage adversely. When confronted, he always blamed me or fought with me unnecessarily. Moreover, when this issue was raised with his parents and his parents asked him, he totally denied the fact and blamed me that its me who is lying. Gradually this matter came into notice of my parents and then again i was falsely blamed that I'm having affair with someone and not letting my husband touch me. Actually my husband never tried to solve the issue, never went for counseling or any medical treatment. I tried my best but suffered till 2017. I dont even know if he is impotent or he has done this to me willingly.
Finally, when nothing worked out, I decided to quit this marriage and filed divorce petition in the family court and also 498a case for cruelty. We are living separately since july 2017.
Now the problem is, he is not willing to divorce me. Counseling and mediation everything has been done. Its almost 1 year, and i want to end all this so that i can move on in life and think of remarriage. But courts hearings are just going on. He has not even submitted reply of my divorce notice yet and has been extended it for around 5 months now.
Kindly help me what can i do so that this marriage can be dissolved at the earliest. Medically I'm not sure if he is impotent.
How can i proceed further? I dont want any maintenance or alimony, just wanna end this all soon as the proceedings make me go into depression. Please help.

Hi, I am married for past 10years. Now my husband wants a divorce coz he thinks that we are not incompatible enough and we have a child who is 9 years and is been disturbed by all these things. I don't want a divorce. What do I do?? He plans to file a divorce.

Today, my wife deserted me and my two small kids due to difference of opinion. I am looking after my kids. She says she will file for divorce and come to take the kids after she has started a fresh life.
I don't want to give away the kids to her.
What are the steps I need to take to safeguard me and my kids.

My wife has filed various cases against me including 498a, 125 and section 9. A maintenance order of 7000 pm has already been passed u/s 125 last month. Can she claim interim maintenance for the ongoing case under section 9?

SIR, AS MY FRIEND HAVE SUBMITTED CASE IN A COURT, BUT A ADVOCATE MENTIONED THAT IF THE HUSBAND WILL PROVIDE ORNAMENTS AND MONEY WHICH HE HAD TAKEN FROM HIS WIFE THAN WILL GO FOR RECONCILIATION AND MY FRIEND IS NOT READY FOR THE SAME BUT LAWYER TOLD THAT IS NECESSARY TO MENTIONED IN AFFIDAVIT IS IT TRUE ?
