my client has been registered the 498A at Ujjain (under high court of Indore)but she is live in Gwalior(under high court of Gwalior).Her marriage is conducted at Ujjain in December 2007.She have two brothers who is posted in Pune and Bombay and father (70 years old and heart patient) and old mother unable to move outside of Gwalior.This register 498A case can be tranfered from Ujjain to Gwalior and how?

Dear Sir,
There is a dispute between me and my wife.
Matter/ JHAGDA happended between me and my wife in Mumbai. She left the home with child on her own and staying in Mumbai only. But she filed a case in village in maharashtra Only.
I filed my answer and also applied to dismissed the case for the Juridiction can not stand at village. Bcouse matter happened in Mumbai ( She filed in viilage bcouse Wedding done in village )
Can Case be dismissed in village ?

Dear Sir,
I have filed case under section 9 to call my wife at home. Instead coming to home she applied for interim maintanance.
I left one old job and joined another job. when arg. was there between adv. judge ask for the prev. job resignation letter which I cant produce at that time. Court declared next date for ORDER for the interim maint. amount. but I ask judge for give us time the next date We will produce. Judge verbally said ok. After that date come and judge was absent but we Submitted to the court the resignation letter of old job.and then next date given. the next date also judge not come. so question is that will that letter give any effect to the ORDER which is to ber declared by judge next time if he come.
PL. advise me. Thanks.

bcoz he is sayg i am not responsible and not loving his mom and sis loving properly.eventhough there is no issue between me and my husband,it is true but nobody will believe,.I dint even quarell even 1 time with my in laws also.Now my hubby is in abroad.not contactg me at all.I tried to contact but no response from him and his family.My parents also went to his house,for a talk,then his mother sayg,they dont want to talk anytg lets get divorce.Just one word they said.Now it is 6 months,no contact from him.I love him,but he??????He never tried to call me or mail in past 6 months.i tried to convince him thru mail,in all the possible.But he is maitaining a silence.i dont know his number nothg.We were stayg happily in bglre for past 1yr.He is blaming me that i am not loving his mother.In all the good manner am lovg her,mom in law is nt stayg with us.Daily i used to call his mom or she will call me.But one day i missed to call her,on that my hubby was in his home with mom.For that he scolded me like anytg.and next day his sis also scolded me like anytg.that i am givg tension to his mom and torchuring her bro's life.like many things.then i said it is our life we will decide.Next day onwards my hubby nt pickg my call,neither his mom and nobody in his family.and my hubby dint come bk to our home in bglre.From his mom's home he gone directly to Abroad.After that he just send one mail ,he is fine and gettg settled.Always am waitg for his call,but no response.What mistake i did?he is not even ready to talk with me and settle the things.He is so close to his mom and sis,daily he used to do video conference with them,but with me no contact at all..no mail,no calls,nothing.I am his wife...waitg for him.....if he dont want me ,then y can't he openely tell me .so that i can make up my mind,to face it...Now itself am completely shattered.With lots of expectation i got married.Now my parents are also forcing me to take a decision soon.because he wont come bk to india for nxt 3yrs.without any contact.how i will wait for a man like this?????Some one please reply..i am totally in a dilemma what to do.
So i am thinking to proceed legally.Intially i dont want to file a divorce case.If i file for divorce,he will come and sign it happily .If i give for divorce i wont be getting any alimony isn't??????
Actually he is playing with my life.His sis and mom told they are not interested to proceed the relation.he cant adjust with me anymore.He never shared anytg with me,he shares evertyg with his mom and sis.eventhough his sis is marrired.she always give suggestion to my husband how to proceed his life.My husband dont have any decision of his own.whatever his sis and mom sayg he follows.If they dont like me.y they bcame ready for this arrange marriage.
Now 6 months no contact with from his side.Only his father is in contatc with me.father in law sayg you patiently wait for some more time.But his son and daughter and wife never listens to his dad's word.So by beilieving my father in law's word how long i ll stay?????/My husband dont even know whether am alive or not?in which city am staying.???????
He knows very well that i love him and care him like anytg.and he is sayg, y i am loving him,i should love and care only his mom and sis.it is strange.......whenever he sees them his character will change 360 degree.as if am an alien.when we both are alone means he is so close to me.I will miss him badly that is true.But he is not even ready for a talk?so what shall i do?

I have filed a divorce petition in Bandra family court in Sep 09 as i was staying in vikhroli at the time of filling case. My husband is not ready for mutual divorce. I do not want to go back to him as i have been harassed a lot. i have 2 daughters(twins)who are under my custody. since we got married in dombivali his lawyer argues that this court doesn't have jurisdiction & so the case should go to kalyan court, i have been taking only dates in the court for the last 2 years. Please suggest what should i do to get the divorce fast as my parents r abroad & i want to go to them however i have not made my kids passport & so m stuck up here.

Marriage only lasted 20 days. Then wife filed for annulment on non consummation due to husband's impotency. Absence of sex was due to wife's refusal on some other issues. But husband,in his counter,falsely claimed that they had sex a few times.
Wife submitted given below hymen intact certificate from govt. hospital.
Diagnosis details:
After marriage stayed together for 20 days without successful intercourse.
Observations:
1) Hymen intact
2) Per Vagina(P/V) test could not be done as patient experience severe pain.
3) some other values like O/E,P/A,L/E also there but not clear to read
from xerox copy.
Will court give annulment on this certificate? If husband submits his potency certificate, will it override her hymen intact certificate in this case? Please help me how to proceed this case further?

All the legal enactments i.e., S.498-A IPC, 125 Cr.P.C., 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and Domestic Violence Act enforces the duty of the husband to maintain the wife and not to harass her in any form and made him liable to be prosecuted in the event wife approaches court of law. Is there any enactment recognizing the obligations on the part of the wife towards her matrimonial home and discharge her matrimonial obligations enabling the husband to seek appropriate remedies?
