It's been 2 and a half years since we got married. Till now we haven't registered our marriage in court. now we want to register our marriage. Can you please let us know what is the procedure for the same and what all documents will be needed in the state of haryana (faridabad)?

After desertion by my husband ,I am living with my brother at Ambala since 2009,my marriage was solemnized at Faridabad and i lived with my husband at Faridabad and at the time of marriage i was living with my parents at Delhi,i want to file divorce petition here in Ambala ,where presently i m residing with my elder brother ,is it permissible,Kindly advice.Thankyou

Hi All, My name is Afsar n like a girl n want to get married with her now the problem is that her parents are not ready bcoz i m muslim n she is hindu so we decided to get married in court, as we both don't want to change our religion so we decided to get marriage under spceial marriage act now the problem is that i dont know the process nor i m getting clearity as this is a very big step so i dont wnt to make any mistake. So i need help on below points.We both belongs to Mrt but currently i m in mrt wrking in mnc n she is in ggaon n doing job sice last 8 months, my first question is tht can we register in delhi marriage registrar office bcoz as per my understanding in delhi they dnt send any information to parents at the time of registration/marriage else a big problem can be created.Second question if it is not possible then what is the alternate solution but we can not register in mrt due to safety issue n neither we want tht ny confirmation should go at the time of registraion/marriage, we wnt to let them knw after successful marriage so tht they won't be able to don nything against us.I heard that after getting marraige certificate we have to wait atleast 2-3 months otherwise anybody can raise objection n marriage can be withdrwn.
For our safety purpose what can we do bcoz her parents always give threats to us.

The opponent has raised objections that the amendment application made and amendment proposed is not in the proper format. I understand no format is prescribed in CPC for making amendment. Can amendment be made as an attachment of the proof for matters averred in the original plaint? Is it permissible?

hello,
my husband and my mother in law forced me out of the house abusing me and my parents,
reason being that i tried to interrupt in my husband's life,
my marriage lasted for 1yr 1 month.
what actions can i take against him??he has already send the divorce papers and lately i have come to know that he has taken money from my father which he is telling that he would return once all this is over.
kindly advice me what should i do??

Sir my brother ‘s wife filed a false dowry complaint against my brother and my father and sisters on 1.10.2010 in local police station and after that the local police station official do their enquiry and found nothing against us and forward their enquiry to acp and after that the acp also found nothing against us and recommend the case to file.after that some our relatives approach girls parents and they agree to sent the bhabhi in our house .sir my brother is a permanent residence of Australia and my mother was in coma for last 1 year and on 22md april she expire, now after that my bhabi pressurize my brother to not send money on my mother disease but my brother refused and my bhabi aslo pressurize my brother to take bhabi’s brother to Australia,but my brother refused.
Now on 11.05.11 she filed false dowry case in against us and produce false medical report which the local police reject on the non-produce of docket and the local sho sent the report in favour of us ,now the acp again investigate the matter and found nothing.
Respected sir please tell me what could the bhabi can do after enquiry which is in favour of us
Can we file a defamation case against her
Can we file a giving dowry case against bhabi because she mentioned in complaint that they gave huge dowry
They also publish false reports in newspapers

Wife filed divorce petition in U.K. and summons received by husband in India from U.K. court directing him to file his papers and replies within 21 days. The marriage to dissolved by consent. Whether husband can appear before the U.K. court, without going to U.K. and the petition for divorce can be allowed on admission of by the husband through his attorney in U.K. Court [or] Whether the husband is required to be present in person before the U.K. court for consent divorce decree?

Mediator was appointed on 06.04.2011 at the request of respondent husband's request. Till today no move from mediator. Respondent is fear that petitioner's advocate and meditor being good freinds delaying the mediation and saying that she has not received Court's order. When respondents enquired in the court, he came to know that order has been dispatched but mediator has not received the same. So Respondent wants to remove mediator and want to defend case as it is. Next hearing will be on 06.06.2011. If mediation is not done till 06.06.2011 can respondent request in the court to remove mediator and proceed the case.

Hi i am a 19 year old hindu guy..my girlfriend is also 19..but her family is pressurizing her for merriage to some other guy as they are against love marriage but we want to marry each other so how could i marry her? Can i marry her whn i m 19(below age of marriage) and she is abv 18(above legal age of marriage. please help me...I don't have enough time.....and we can't loose each other
Our families knows each other very well..but the problem is she is my real aunty's(wife of my DAD's real younger brother)cousin sister..however i don't think this falls in degree of prohibited relations...As it is a very far away relation.(she is not even her real sister)

During its pendency wife filed RCR(pending)
Husband got exparte in his favour.
Husband contests that he got exparte, and prays decree in his favour and also not attending to court for adjournments, and sending his lawyer.
And there are also sources that husband got married secretly.

- Can RCR and exparte mixed up together.
- How to context the exparte divorce of hsuband in the RCR petition filed by wife.
