Dear Sir,
I am hindu girl, married to muslim boy for 5 years and having 2girls. on 08.06.2011, my husband absconded with my elder daughter age:(3yrs). As I reported to police, they regd FIR and I requested to high court for habias corpus, then he appeared to court with girl. Later case referred to family court, but he did not agreed to compromise. Now the case(habias corpus) in High court and every month I am appearing to court, as per the date. Since I am staying in rented house along with my 1 year old daughter and living with the help of money sent by parents. How long the case will continue and when I can get my daughter back, if he want to divorce me. Now I am in very distressed status. Kindly suggest any speedy solution to my problem.

Respected Sir,
Can Dowry and Domestic Violence cases be filed after filing Divorce case by wife itself.
Marriage took place in Feb 2010, RCR case filed in Jan 2011 and Divorce case filed in March 2011.
Husband and wife lived together for only two months after marriage.

I want to know that what is the procedure for court marriage if Girls & Boys both are above 21 and 18. and what a boys need to do to avoid police action against him and how much time need for court marriage and is shall we need to apply notice period for marriage or is it possible to go in court and do marriage directly.please tell me all the detail.

my husband & in-laws had left me at my parents home since past 6 months my father have several times tried to contact my husband & in-laws to take me back bt in vain.on top of that without any fault from my side in-laws have sent me a notice making fake allegations about me & my family.after that also several times i & my family members have asked them to come & take me back but they are completely denying it.some times in a blue moon day husband calls me & asks me to come and meet him some where outside but if i say him come at home & take me back he starts sulking.please help as i am confused what exactly he is upto???

Hi
My Father got the vacant land as inherited property from his grand fatther.
Later My father built on this vacant from his own money.
My father has 3 sons and 2 daughters, Since he has constructed the building from his own money, he wants to give the property to his sons . (his idea is to give some amount to his daughters and property to his sons)
Please let me know the pros and cons. if he go ahead with this way.

It is a divorce case of section cruelty, in which allegations of bringing fake certificate is also made.
I am thankfull for your advices.
Kindly provide me the authorities/Judgements references in which a CBI enquiry was given by High court or Supreme Court in Family/civil cases.
I will be grateful.

Nullity of marriage
Is declaration of Marriage as Null and Void on the ground of recurring mental disorderliness (Schizophrenia) of a spouse possible?
Does suppression of fact as regards mental condition of a spouse enable the other spouse to have their marriage declared as Null and Void if the mental disorderliness referred to in previous question gets cured?
