I would need your assistance for my case.
I am an Indian Citizen working in the UAE, married 3 years ago. Our married was registered in the USA & we again got married in India (marriage is not registered in India).
PS: The marriage was held in Bangalore, Karnataka. I am a Domicile of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
We are staying separately for the past 3 months, I have a few questions, would appreciate if the below could be answered -
1.) The process of Divorce in India (if mutual or vice versa), the approx cost of the full proceedings & when should I file for divorce?
2.) My spouse and I had a joint account and all my salary used to be deposited in that account. Can I ask him for my savings at this time.
3.) What should be the mode of communication with my spouse..so that I am legally safe.
I would appreciate if you could answer my queries.

Dear Sirs,
My father has purchased two lands each one in Chennai and Bangalore. The area and market value of both the properties are almost equal. My father is died and left no will. Myself and elder brother are the legalheirs of the said properties. Hence we are equally eligible for both the properties.
Now I proposed my brother to take entire land in Bangalore and entire Land in Chennai for me as I am residing in Chennai.
But my brother is not accepting as he wanted entire land in Chennai instead of Bangalore.
My question is
1.Can I build a house in Chennai Land on my eligible share (i.e 50%).
2.Any consent from my brother is required for sharing of area i.e left or right side of land.
3.If I build a house without his consent and later can he claim that build up area is belong to his share and vacant area is belong to me.
4.Can I avail bank loan for construction in the absence above area sharing.

My sister has marriaged with a man in the court without the concern of parents now the man is harrasing us. Now its been over 4 yrs my parents didnt know about her marriage. She have not stayed with him. Now my parents wants a solution how to get rid of the man by law. At time of marriage she was over 18 yrs.
My question is-
1) Is the marriage considered under the law even if she dosent stayed with her?
2) If this is considered as a marriage then will it be easier to get a divorce with that man?
3) Please help with a solution my parents are worried about her.

Sir,
A property owned by My grandma was settled to my father and mother equally by a will. The will was registered.
Now my Grandma and father are no more. Hence my father's share in the property was automatically eligible to his legalheirs equally(25%)(i.e my mother and 2 sons and one daughter- Total 4 nos)
Now we have decided to register or name change the property under my mother's name.
To facilitate this process, the sons and daughter decided to surrender their shares to mother by entering into family agreement.
My questions are as follows
1. once the property is name changed under my mother, whether she is an absolute owner of the property.
2. If so,whether she can trnasfer this property to any one of her son by will.
3. Other son and daughter can claim legally.

Sir i request you to please advice me on Domestic Violence my details are as under:
I am seperated from my wife since last 5 years we had a customary divorce. She is making 25000/- pm permanent job living at her parents home.i have filed Divorce case in family court which is pending. Now she has filed 498 on me & family, Also filed DV,on all my family.
I filed revision petition in session court to discharge Dv but relief not granted. She is educated and having govt.job. What are the options to get rid from domestic violence in my case. If i appeal in HC what are the points i should take to prove that its a false DV. Please advice thank u very much.

Young Borther Cheated on Elder borther property share.
Since Elder borther got arranged married, young son and mother started to trouble Elder son and Wife for more money
Has already Elder son spend all this money for last 12 years with no help from his Young borther, now Young son and
Mother throw Elder son out of property and Revoke the WILL which was made in both son name, after selling property
Young son has made property in his name, Elder son is wanting his part of share, what are the ways for the same
My mother property sold and new property was brought in my young borthers name.
Now in this case what should Elder son do. Is no law made in this world where all my effects of taking care of
my mother and young brother for last 12 Years is paid back.

if wife is not interested for divorce and husband is interested for divorce than Indian law have right to ask to give divorce to husband???

respected sir,
iddat is compulsory or not in option of puberty (muslim law) & if a girl used her right of puberty then can she get dower?If her husband died when he is useing a right of puberty.
