We are married under Hindu Marriage Act 1955 and my husband has sought an exparte divorce in Singapore in my absence. I have challenaged the same in India to declare as null and viod and now he is living in with his girlfriend. Is this adultery or mental cruelity ?

My wife and i got MUTUAL CONSENT divorce about 3 months back, but now she is not cooperating for quashing proceedings under Honorable Delhi High Court. i have a pending FIR 498a and 406/34 against me and my family members, that needs to be quashed under settlement deed which was done some times back under Honorable court mediation cell , and she took 2 equal installments of money for 1 motion and 2 motion respectively.now its her turn to help quashing done by cooperating,but she seems to be reluctant in taking money and wants case to proceed, please suggest what is possible if she doesn't cooperate, we are ready to pay third installment obeying settlement deed,what will be done,will quashing be done even if she is absent or doesn't give here consent during court proceedings,pls guide.

Seek help regarding afore said case. Adoption deed registered in year 2004 and challenged by adoptive mother in year 2014 basis school records, ration card and voter details having natural father name on these documents.
Can it be canceled as the adoptive mother proving that child (son) is not come to her.
Please suggest.

i got married in 1995 under Sikh rites at chandigarh-- due to some problems now i have taken up a case for mutual divorce ---my inlaws have not replied but as a counter have sent a letter to GOC Southern Command Pune to deduct maintenance allowance and give it to there daughter---- i have contacted a chandigarh lawyer rajesh khurana to advise---- the lawyer says marriage comes under prohibition since my mother and mother in law are real sisters -------the lawyer has advised to draft letter to army authorities accordingly--------------- the lawyer has suggested an amount of 3lacs total for the divorce in full and 1.25 lacs as advance-------------
please advise --------------
also kindly let me know the name of any good advocate in chandigarh dealing with such cases--is rajesh khurana a good advocate--i have also been advised the name of one more advocate babban maan at chandigarh-------------------

Hi,
Actually we were in relationship for past 1 year. She went to have sex with a guy and when I was using her mobile I saw the photos and took the photos to my mobile. I was ready to accept it because everyone does a fault and once I spoke to her EX boy friend, he also added that. She went out with him and had physical contact with him. He is ready to stand by my side supporting me.
Now she is having an affair with another guy in her office who is married and has kids.
When I ask her the truth she is threatening me by telling that she will give police compliment on me. I have few photo evidence for her mis behaviour.
What should I do now. I don't really want her to go just like that after cheating me.

hello all, I am 24 year girl i m in love with a guy is 27 year old we both are belongs to same caste even surnames are also same. (nagar). but my parents are not agreed they say that boy lookwise is not good as comapred to me. he is job oriented person and doing job in indore. i tried to convience them but they threatens me and doing emotional blackmail and fix my marriage forcefully with other guy. what can i do in this situation ??is any forced marriage law have in india ??

i am shilpa, my father pvt employee has expired in 2009, when inquired for family membership certificate they told it is given only to govt employees. Now after bifercation of telangana and ap state, ap govt has issued a GO and started issuing the same for general public. I need information whether the same is issued in telangana state or not for the general public. Plz do the needful.
