Dear Experts,
About a year ago. When I went to bring my wife back from her parents home, she complained in writing to the CAW at Indore of harassment by me and my mother. It is a false case. The truth is that she and her mother and sister believe that I practice black magic on them to make them suffer. Again this is a baseless allegation.
At the CAW, though the Woman officer understood of the motive behind the complaint, under the prevalent circumstances, I was forced to sign a statement saying that I will not communicate with my wife in future unless she initiates it. We have a son of 6 years now and in my custody. My wife does not care to even talk to our son over phone. I have tried through her father, brother and her maternal relatives to establish communication and bring her back. But they do not even entertain a discussion on it. Her mother, her sister and her sister's husband, all are blocking my efforts to reach her. She switched off her own phone permanently and no response to letters and legal notices. They even do not allow my son to talk to his mother when he tries to call his mother over phone. My wife is now a follower of Brahmakumaris.
There was no investigation done by the CAW police after the complaint. They did not proceed further.
Can I now ask the CAW to conduct investigation and bring out the realty? Though I am not sure what they can conclude. Is there some way, legally, my son get access to his mother.
Thank you !

Hi,
I stay with my mother in a pagdi house as a tenant past 29 years. The papers and rent receipts are in name of my mothers sister. We are paying the rent till date and hold possesion and residence proofs like SBI passbook 25 years old, ration card(my and mom name), passport, DL on same address. They never resided here nor have any address proof. Light bill is on previous owners name. 29 yrs back mother's sister asked to sell the property (through a letter) due to her financial crisis for which she was sent the money in form of a DD. We thought that why to worry when its on a family members name and hence didn't transfer it on our name. Now they are demanding the house. We stay in other flat now but don't want to give it to her as she does not have a moral right in that property as she has already taken money. All documents for above mentioned are available with us. plz suggest.

Sir,
1) My father got a piece of plot from his father by way of gift deed.
2) My father without our (myself and brother and married sister, all are majors) knowledge made an agreement of sale to his brother for selling the said plot to him. The agreement of sale (not registered) is written on a Rs.100 stamp paper simply containing that my father selling the said plot to his brother for a sum of “x’” rupees and my father is in receipt of “x” rupees as an advance and the balance amount will be paid to my father within one month for registration of the said plot.
3) When we (myself , my brother and sister) heard about the said agreement we made a news paper public notice through advocate stating that the said plot my father got from his father and we, the children are also having the rights on the said plot and if anybody purchase the said plot without our consent, it is legally not valid and will not made responsible us and also served a notice to our uncle (my father’s brother) stating the same.
4) After that we convinced our father not to sell the said plot and we will pay monthly maintenance to him to register the said plot in favour of us. My father agreed for the monthly maintenance to be paid by us and to register the said plot in favour of us.
5) But the problem is that our uncle is not agreeing to cancel the above said agreement of sale even if we pay the advance along with interest taken by my father from him for selling the plot.
6) In the meantime, what happened there is a court direction to stop the registration of plots which are not having layouts. The subject plot is also comes into this category which is not having a layout. But the said plot is commercially valuable.
7) Now, almost two months over registrations are not happening and my uncle has also not paid the balance amount to my father which he is supposed to pay within one month for registration of the plot. We heard that even if the registrations are stopped he has to pay the balance amount to my father ) and he has to get register the plot whenever the registrations are okayed by the court. (whether it is correct or not kindly clarify ?)
8) In view of the above, our query is that, is there anyway to my father to get cancel the agreement of sale made by him to his brother and to get the register the said plot in favour of us and we pay monthly maintenance to him which will make happy my father and us. If possible pls reply on kishorek_in@yahoo.com

Hi Everyone,
I'm Asghar and I got married 2 years back and I've a daughter who is one year old now. My wife has applied for Qula (Devorce) in local Jamat (Mosque). She has made false allegation that I've illegal relationship with my sister-in-law (Brother's wife); however, she doesn't have any evidance for this and the jamat dint ask for any evidance when the discussion happened in jamat. As per islamic law she should provide 4 evidance for her allegation. My question here is, she can get the qula (Devorce) from me; however, can she claim any almony from me after Qula (Devorce)

Is this fit for defamation?
We are both Catholic Christians having arranged married registered under Special Marriage Act. Marriage was not consummated due to severe incompaitbility. 2 months after marriage wife left the house and filed for dissolution of marriage on the alleged ground of my impotence in the Church Tribunal. I was sent for Medical Test and when reports came showing my potency, she stopped following up the case.
She then filed for nullity of marriage in the court on the same ground. I contested the case and filed counter claim of divorce based on wilful refusal to consummate. After a long legal battle of many years, she finally stopped following up the case and I was granted exparte divorce decree on my favour.
1) Can I file for defamation (as she filed such grave allegations in the church which affected my social standing)? If yes, is there any time period for this?
2) Can I file for compensation and damages as this has reduced my chances of getting a suitable match in the future?
