during the divorce, the husband has hidden the assets in his family members names including the funds. before few months he applied the divorce and he claims in the court he does not have any assets or share on his name.
How to include his assets on his family members name to my kids

I need to file a divorce based on cruelty and desertion, if they find a lack of evidence in one ground, can they dismiss the
divorce petition?
in other words, if I file divorce on two grounds and if one ground does not have enough evidence will that be dismissed and I have to file a new petition on one ground like Desertion or cruelty?

I am 39 years old man got married in 2008. Due to some differences, in April 2016 my wife left me deserted and started living with her parents. Neither she is ready to come back nor she wanna give me the divorce. Moreover now I also don't have any feelings for her and don't want to patch up with her. I and my family tried our best to get out from this mess by mutual consent but all in vain. I am interested in one of my friend, she is divorced. Now my question is:-
1. I don't want to get into court matter to get a divorce from my wife. I want to live in with my friend. Can I stay in live in relationship with my that friend? What can be the consequences of this and what precaution I have to take for it?
2. Can my wife file a dowery case or DV case against me?
3. Is there any time limit for filing dowery and DV case, as my wife is living with her parents from past 3 years, or she can file any case any time.

My DV case result in 2014, sanction rs. 12000/- per month . My diverse & child custody case , filed by my husband dismiss due to absence for 2 years in Family Court Nashik Road. Now after 2016 i got my husband address. What action should i take against him. Mean time i take 3 times Samans but each time my husband is run ways. So till date i did not get any money from his side.
Please help me which action i can take against him so that he can not run ways this time.

Dear Sir ,
There are two cases filed against me by wife in Ajmer Rajasthan, DV and 498 A . She has lied to the court and police that and have given a false address of her parents and informed the court and Police that her current address as Ajmer Rajasthan . In reality she is staying Noida along with my daughter for last eight years and even after after separation which took place 3 years ago .
We gave the proofs to the lower court where the DV case is filed they rejected it , so we have filed for an appeal and she is skipping to take the notice . However the in the appeal court the Judge is not granting stay order on the DV case in lower court .
Please suggest what can be done in this case also what steps need to be taken to inform the Police about facts that she has lied address in FIR

My dad filled divorce case on my mother on 2017. The divorce case is hearing happen monthly and keep on going. My dad has some illegal families over last 2 years. That illegal women make my father turns against us. My father is working on the Southern Railway. His service gets completed by this may 2019. So we are concerning about the illegal women will take up all the money from my dad which is he gets as settlement at last. Then she will through my father outside. So Please Please advice me is there any option to hold the settlement money until that divorce case gets clear. Something like to hold the settlement amount. Please guys anyone out there help me.

Dear All,
Good evening ,
Need advice from this forum .
I am 75 + years old widow and had lost my son at his young age He had a son who was only 1.5 years old that time , now he is 9 years old .
After his demise his wife remarried and did not allow us to meet my grandson who was 3 yaers old that time .I had filled a case for cusody and meeting rights in 2013 in family court ,since then case is pending in the court. As a relief we were allowed to meet the kid once in a month for 1 hour in the court itself , which was of no use .
Our case was sent to mediation and after few sessions we have come to a mututal agreement where she agreed to send the kid to our house for 20 days in year ( for day spend only) . We agreed and mutual agrrement is signed in the court mediation .
Now final date has to come wherein the Honourable Judge has to dispose off the case on the basis of mutual agreement signed .
Now my query is - What , if , after disposal of this case , if she would stop obeying it . What remedy would be available to me . Would I need to file a fresh case again or the same case file could be revived .
Do I need to pray to Honorable Judge for any specfic mention of betrayal in the Order ?
Pls take your valueable time and suggest .

My friend married a girl few years back and that woman cheated on him with other guys. So they headed for divorce. Mutual. All went well and their final hearing is next week. Believing things ll go fine and knowing the fact that girl s also in live in relationship with another guy, my friend found another girl and they decided to marry this March end. Marriage work s progressing. But now that girl says she can't come to this hearing as her father want her to wait until his arrival from abroad which may take a year.
Now my friend and his fianc� are in huge trauma. Is there any way this marriage can be held by taking NOC of that girl?
Ps: she mentioned to lawyer that she have no idea of reuniting as well. Its just the time factor her father wants to chk on the final docs as the mistakes where his daughter's.
Pls give an amicable solution.
