see there is this will on the basis of which mutation is done but what is shocking is that life interest has been given to someone whilst original owner with the right to sale is me n mrs x jointly.yet mutation has been done without my knowledge years ago.i found out about 1 month ago n what is shockin is that a loan against property has been taken by my father in whos name the property is transfered plus since past 7 years he has not repaid the bank.i want to secure my rights as he now is also saying continously that along with witness he has nullified the final will of a dying person which is clearly making fool out of me as the mutation is taken on the basis of that will and a loan against property is still there unpaid till date for last 7 years so how can he cancel that will is not understandable .please help me to explain if this is possible and with imidiate effect tell me procedure of probate and injunction along with legal formalities to be fulfilled.i dont want casual letters but firstly i want legal notices delivered by me n postman n police station personel o claim the same. i would like to wrap this up in minimum possible time n finances since im working person and have a little financial problem.pls let me know n lets proceed .please.i would like to meet asap.

Is it possible to take an alternative prayer in appeal of a divorce suit, suit for divorce was filed if the same was rejected can an alternative prayer for annulment of marriage be made during appeal.
Kindly clarify the provision of law for amending original suit in appeal.

My mother passed away intestate - a few months later my father passed away too leaving an unregistered will (witnessed) in which property was willed to me. My siblings are asking for their share in relation to my mothers share. The property was acquired by my father's earnings. How can I get the property solely in my name?
I have a grand mother 92 years old and she holds a flat in mumbai. She has 2 daughters and 1 son. Now, both daughters are rich where as son is deaf and mute and he could not even have enough pension to sustain house hold maintenance . I am her grandson married and I am now 2 years living abraod in middle-east. My question is now after spending almost 90% of my life in that property almost 26-27 years I do not have any right to claim a single sq.ft for my wife and me to live in. Her daughter are core patties from their husband and have lots of properties to on their name . Is any disproportionate asset case can you fought with my aunt in future? If this property goes to them me and my wife will have to live on street. ..
Hello,
I just want to know what procedure shiould be adopted in the following matter:
"One lady who used to reside with her husband in karnataka suffered domestic violence. She came to her maternal home i.e. Mumbai and now wishes to file a complaint. But the police officer is not filing an FIR saying it is not his jurisdiction and that she needs to file a case in Karnataka."
Please Help.
Sir I want to know that if a person have 4 sons and he prepares a registered will in favour of one of his son and the near relatives of the benificiary of this will became the witness of the said will, is there any remedy to the other three sons against this action of the testator and the benificiary
Family settlement deed
Immovable property can be legally and lawfully transferred/ conveyed only by a registered deed of conveyance. Transactions of the nature of GPA sales or Agreement to Sell/GPA/Will transfers do not convey title and do not amount to transfer nor can they be recognized or valid mode of transfer of immovable property vide the decision given by the Honble Supreme Court of India in the case of Suraj Lamp and Pvt. Ltd. v/s State of Haryana and another.
We desire to execute a Family Settlement Deed amongst our family members to share the properties left by our late father including one immovable property. Since it would be in writing and also include share of immovable properties, we would get it registered. However,if we do not want to dispose the house but retain it for our personal livings, will it be necessary to execute the Conveyance -Deed?If we do not execute the Conveyance-Deed, then how the municipality tax/income-tax would be payable on the said property? Except myself ,my other members of the family comprising my mother and two sisters do not come within the taxable limit.
What is the amount of stamp duty and registration charges payable for registration of the Family Settlement Deed in West Bengal?
