Hello, myself Amit Joshi. Civil court has passed interim order in my favour in October 2018 against some illegal transactions in my owned property.
Mr. A is restricted from entering my property. From then, he is continuously harrassing me by any means. He wants me to sell my property to him and that's why he is harrassing me.
In Feb, he lodged false FIR against me of caste abuse in atrocities act. I get anticipatory bail in that case. 2 days later, he again filed false FIR against me of caste abuse in ST/SC Atrocities act. Again I got anticipatory bail in that case also. Then, I filed petition in high court for quashing 2nd FIR. And my 2nd fir is quashed by bombay high court. Then he filled "Bail cancel case" in court against me in respect of 1st FIR but due to covid-19 from last 7 months that case has not come on board yet. So now, in sept. 2020, he again filed false atrocities FIR against me. And again I need apply to court for anticipatory bail.
When I go to police station and other govt. Offices to complaint against him, he uses that complaint form to file FIR against me. On the date When I complaint against him, he shows that on that date he was there and I give him caste abuse which is totally false and fabricated. Meanwhile, I filed some RTIs about his caste certificate, and got his School Leaving certificate, Copy of his service book, and the letter from his employer which shows that he is of "General caste" means his caste certificate is false. He also doesn't have caste validity certificate. I decided to file complaint of him to caste scrutiny committee. But When I go to that office, they said that most of the officers of that office has currently been given the work of covid-19. So, it is sure that cancellation of his false caste certificate will take time. I want to ask, Can there be any legal remedy available to me by which I can stop him to file false FIR again until such caste scrutiny committee decide legality of the caste certificate ?
Legal remedy means through court.

Is it possible during divorce live in relationship with other man. Death on other man after 2 year realtionship she put a case for superdari and other man parents also gave application for same superdari. Who's chance to win? Superdari means wearing items on death time of accident mobile chain extra. And the lady putt an application I am the wife of other man. During the divorce is it possible 2013 to 2019. They live in relationship. And the case closed of the divorced in 2016. And the other man death in 2019.

Complainant given loan of Rs. 4925000/- to accused son by RTGS who executed promissory note and her mother sign the said promisory note as gurantor.
now accused son issued cheque of Rs. 5000000/- which got bounced. then complainant approached his mother who also given cheque for rs. 5000000/- towards same liability which also bounced.
(1) should i give notice to both of them u/s 138 of N.I Act ?
(2) demand amount will be 5000000/- or 4925000/- ?
(3) will it be correct if i say in demand notice " I therefore request to both of you to arrange payment of Rs. __________ ? either jointly and/or severally within 15 days from the receipt of this notice.

Sir,
Please help on the below 2 points. Please.
1) can lawyer notice be served online either through watsapp/ email address/ Facebook Messenger id? Any of them or all of them?
2) if so, who has to do it.
They have to be sent from my lawyers watsapp/email/ Facebook id?
Or I as a client have to take pic of content prepared by my lawyer and have to send from my watsapp/email address.
Kindly help with the above 2.

My father was passed away in February 2017.
Few days before, I found he was holding life insurance policies.
Life insurance company is saying two policies in name of my father lapsed in August 2016 because of non payment of premium.
One policy in name of my mother lapsed in September 2017 because of non payment of premium.
Since premium for consecutively 3 years is not paid, hence no surrender value can be given.
I told company that my father health was not good because of which he had not paid premium.
My father had paid total 70,000 premium in all 3 policies.
Is there any legal way to recover amount from life insurance company ?

Respected Experts,
a few days ago police had taken me to their police station and didn't let me inform my family or friends, they took my mobile phone , what legal actions can I take against police now?
facts: I was standing near a shop and 2-3 more people were standing near me the police car came and they took us to police station, there was no charge on us no complaint etc, we where sitting in the police station for 8-9 hours.
and please suggest what should a person do if this happens with me again or any individual person.
