limitation

i had received a cheque and the signatures marked is forged means the signature is of dead person. now what action arises on against that person. is there any limitation to the time because this cheque had been issued for almost past 1 year.

Loss of Computer

I lost my Computer in Delhi. I was on a tour to Delhi and other places. During the last leg of the tour, the tour operator provided us with accomodation in Sai Dham, a Hotel in Rajinder Place near Karol Bagh. We vacated the room and boarded a bus provided by the tour operator to reach Nizammuddin Railway Station. After getting down from the bus we found the laptop bag missing. We could not recheck the bus since it left us in a hurry.

We went to Sai Dham to check whether it was available there but we could not locate it.

Since it was time to board the train to Chennai, I could not prefer a Complaint in Delhi. I left Delhi by Garib Rath at 4.00 p.m. on 31.05.10 and reached Chennai on 01.06.10 at 9.00 p.m.

I sent a complaint to Delhi Commissioner of Police by registered post and also by mail on 02.06.10.

I request your kind indulgence to help me in either getting back the Computer or else the further steps to be taken to register my complaint to avoid any future complications.

village land encroachment

In a case filed against sarpanch and panchs for encroachment on the village( rasta) land done by them, an affidavit has been filed by these offenders denying any encroachment. Can the advocate in this case representing complainant file a compliant to SHO/ SSP of that area or get an FIR registered ? any other remedy that the advocate can resort to?

SECTION 324

my sister in law made a false case u/s 324 agianst my sister. He is govt. dr. and it is very easy to him to obtain false medical report. as per his state., his wife broken a glass and hit his fingures. I want to know how to and on what points i sholud argue the case in court during trial.

498 A

I am recent vourt asked victim of 498 A , bailed out recently. My wife moved application in lower courts(punjab) asking court to get my passport surrendered .( she said that i'll settle abroad). I am presently taking care of my 17 months old baby girl which she left before filing case. My parents are also on bail.

CAn the court ask me to surrender my passport, my job involve international touring and i've visited 10 countries in last 5 yrs . Passpoer surrender will effect my job adversly..plz advise ( no condition of passport surrender/ leaving india on permission was mentioned in bail order)

498a victim

hello,
my wife have submitted some forge bill of purchase of jewellery in court which is duly signed and affirmed by that so called jeweller and my wife.

Now I want to file a cheating case against her, that she has submitted forge bills.
What I want to know is...... whether I can file the case right now or wait for her evidence in her cross.
