I have lodged a formal written complaint of Domestic Violence to Local PS against my Husband. Police took no action.
Shall I proceed to PO with the same written complaint?
Please tell me what I have to do if I approach PO?
Is there any benifit of approaching PO without going to court?

I am a member of the above mentioned society. Last year I had made a complaint against the society committee for several irrregularities , no bonds were submitted ect. I had made a compliant with deputy registrar. Registrar called them for meeting. The committe members did not come. Instead they filed their written reply. They stated in their written reply that I am a criminal minded lady and i made a drama to comitt suicide. Also there are sevaral complaints in various police stations against me and my family members. this is baseless. I had sent notice through a lawyer for written apologoly. in the reply they said whatever we are saying is right. The copy of this reply they have circulated to deputy registrar, joint registrar, ministry and federation.
Can I file defemation case against them?

Que.1.Can any Expert please explain me the following Warrant in detail which i would be receiving shortly for Default of payment of Maintenance to Wife.
Also suggest any relief measures since i cannot afford to give even single rupee as i am bankrupt!

'A' filed an eviction case against me, for removing me from a house in which i am living for 15 years, and also filled a criminal compliant on me in police station that he was enjoying the premise and i trespassed it.
1) Can i file a Defamation case on him?
2) if so can i do now or at the end of civil suit ?
3) is there any limitation for filling Defamation ? please answer me , thank you.

Filled a written statement in a civil suit . Plaintiff’s withdrawn her plaint and dismissed by trial court
.In W/S my lawyer wrote some words which the plaintiff felt defamatory and filled a criminal complaint US 499 .
Can the plaintiff use the same w/s filled in her suit which was withdrawn and dismissed by her in different case.
What are the effects of withdrawal of suit
filling a written statement is said to be publication of imputation .?
Can u please refer me any citation or case law or any judgments where filling a written statement is not said to be publication of imputation
