i m a sister of a guy who have been killed of some guys of our neighbourhood and the accused have a criminal background.now their family is trying to pressurise the witness family in that situation we are very worried that they can also harm me n my family in that situation can we demand for protection.
plz help me out..........

i m a sister of a guy who have been killed buy 3 other guys of our neighbour hood.now when i when i m lost my brother in that situation i want to see the accused to being behind the bars .to do so i want ur help.
the case is that my brother was a 18year old guy with full of atitude 1day he got a call from his friend that he git injured so plz pick me up.where he found the accused with his 2other friend in drunken situation in that my brother was trying to avoid the situation in that situation the accused requested to drop him home so my brother accepted that .but in b/w this their was a misshapening b/w them after that my brother came back home but again he got a call from accused that want a compromise and he went for that but after that he did not come back .
now i want ur help 4the case where we want ur help so that the case will come in the rare of rarest category.
plz help us out.......

i m a sister of a guy who have been killed by 3guys.the parent of a main accused have submitted a application on the bases of his 10cbse certificate according to which he is a juvenile but as per our investigation we got some evidence i.e, mcd birth certificate and his first class admission date of birth he is 20years old now to which document the prefrence will be given by the judge before taking any decision?
plz help us .........

I have given 4 lacs as a refundable money to USHUS ENGLISH SCHOOL, Edappal, Malappuram Dist. Kerala for my wife's teacher job.She has worked one year there. Due to management salary issue, she has resigned and back to Delhi. School authorities has given an agreement on (50 ruppes stamp paper at the time of joining. After resigning the job, as per agreement after 90 days, management will return the money. I asked several time to the manangement for refund of the security money. Till date they have not given the money. I have given a complaint to the Chief Minister of Kerala (Suthariya Keralam. They had forwarded the case to the police station. Police has registered the case against the School under section 420 and 409. What is the further course of action from Police side and court side. How I will get the money back. I have all the evidence with me. Please guide me.

I am a foreigner, married an Indian lady who is infertile which she lied about, her temperament is very aggressive & unstable. She over 2 years demanded & received 10 lacs. She regularly threatened me with divorce but never took action. So I filed for divorce to which she lodged a false 498a 4 weeks later. Which she is now claiming to be withdrawing as she has changed her mind? Can she file again in the future? If so is it weaker? What is the best thing to do to be safe? How can I divorce her & stay safe? She has also had my passport seized through the courts.

Hi Sir,
I am vinod, 25 years old i started business DS-TECHNOLOGIES (software company) all alone when i was 22 years old.In very short time my company grew to a level of 58 engineers (employees). I had 2 of my friends as working partners with no written agreements .1 year back the 2 friends whom i believed a lot cheated me to the core misused the company money made me completely bankrupt. Now i left with nothing neither respect nor money, they have en cashed nearly 40 lacs. I am not bothered about my loss.
Now the problem is they have stolen 2 blank cheques signed by me , and started blackmailing me, finally they dishonored one cheque (8,25000/-) and filed a case against me under section-138 NI act. and now they are demanding 20,00,000/- to with draw the case and in case if i dont pay they have one more blank cheque by that will do the same as the previous cheque.
Other than these 2 cheques no cheque dishonored in my account that is the only evidence i have with me, Keeping this evidence can i fight the case?
Please guide me how to proceed with it.Do i have any possibility to teach them a lesson?

i own a school in nalgonda andhra pradesh. we have 4 school buses. saturday evening a case of 337 was registered against my bus driver for hitting an injuring a 12 year old village boy driving a moped. the boys family has put the 337 case on us.the boys leg was slightly injured when he fell off the moped.
my question is : does the school bus involved in the accident need to report to the police station or be siezed by the police?
if my driver is guilty surely he will go through the process of 337.
is my school or my bus liable in this case ?it being a school bus can we request the police to let the bus function while the driver deals with the case ?

Sir, I am a practicing advocate in a lower division court, i have get a problem for a bail matter under section 376 ipc,because a person was arrested under section 376 ipc and the victim is a deaf and dumb and the police says that she is now under the pragency of 5 months, the session court & high court has already rejected the bail. and now what can i do it ? give me a suggestion.
