dear sir,
i m a sister of a guy who have been killed by 3other guys now my brother is no more with me but today i want to see the accused behind the bars for life long my brother was 18year old and the accused shotted him with the help of a unlicenced revolver.
now the accused family have submitted a application to prove the accused juminail on the bases of 10cbse certificate but as per our investigation we came to know that he is 21year old n also we came to know that they have changed his death of birth during his 10th standard ,we also get some evidendence i.e, mcd birth certificate and first class admission proof,but we have not submitted them yet so tell me if we will submit that ,are they enough to prove that those guys are not juminail???
plz help me out sir.......

SIR,
my client's case is that accused and his parents made a promise to marry my client and even conducted the initial ceremony of exchange of gold rings and garlands etc.
the bride and bridegroom took photos together( some witnesses were present in the ceremony and some photos are with my client.)and a date was fixed for the marriage.
two days before the fixed date of marriage, they withdrew from the arranged marriage, stating some 'baseless' reasons.
actually, they have withdrawn in the last moment , as they were not satisfied with the dowry which my client has offered and it is reliably learnt that he trying to marry another girl.
whether i can foreward a complaint to the police station u/s 156(3) CRPC alleging offences 417 ipc ?
what are the other offences i can lay in my complaint ?
whether a civil court can prohibit his plan marry another girl ?
please advise me . it is very urgent .

i wanna ask that in the case when the father of the person who have killed a person tried to pressurise the family of the witness and also the witness with the help of gun in drunken situation and he have been handover to local police with his gun and the police have alloted these act 25,27,54,59 and506arm act on him in that situation which step can be taken by victims family to see him behind the bars for a long time ?

i wanna ask that are the proofs for under 18 murder criminal more important either the mcd birth certificate,first class admission proof or 10th class cbse certificate to prove the criminals judgement fair in the favour of the victim?

i released my share in land (without any consideration doccument) on 26. jan. 2009 and on 27.jan.2009 i gave loan to my friend. of rs 5 lakh. on demand he gave a cheque but it retured i file a complaint. problem is i dont have proof to show 5 lakh rs. but on contrary on accused more than three four cases and on spouse five six cases are lodged. can i get any befit for this. please expert reply as soon as possible.
