please member advice me,

that some unknown person is using fake letter head and email id of our company with intention to defraud and to cheat the cadets to provide job in lieu of money. wants to file a police complaint, what is to be written in the said complaint please guide me.

You can give a police complaint on the unknown person by giving the facts, along with the proofs.

WHAT EVER YOU HEARD ABOUT YOUR COMPANIES WRONG ALLEGATIONS YOU SIMPLY WRITE AND GIVE THE POLICE BEFORE YOU GIVE IT TAKE ONE PHOTOCOPY.INCASE THE CANNOT TAKE ANY ACTION YOU CAN USE THAT PETION COPY AS A PRIVATE COMPLAINT AGAINST SOMEBODY BEFORE THE COURT.

write everything in your complaint with proof. If possible take the print out of all documents and save the mail until the case is over.
