Can on a death of a complainant in N.I.act any person other than relative(direct or indirect) of the complainant can apply to court to substitute himself against complainant because there is no legal heirs of the complainant.
If any case law is there for substitution of legal heirs only kindly quote.

1) If the agreement is exhibited then its certified copy is permissible to be obtained.
2) The copy department is bound to give the certified copy. Approach the Registrar.
3) As long as the original is with the court, even though it is not marked as an exhibit, the court is bound to give certified copy. In many cases the court may ask to produce the originals in the IA enquiry. Those originals will be retained by the court, even though it was not exhibited, in that situation the court ought to give the certified copy.
any case laws regarding the above 3 points if any or any rule, order says the above 3 point because it has created me a problem above points 3 points which has not mentioned any where in th law ?
Thanks.

At what stage husband is allowed to submit evidence. MY assumption is that it would be at stage of cross examination. any restriction to this or he has to submit evidence start of case.
Property sold by third party
Sir,
My grand father's cultivated land was sold by one of our relatives 5 years back. but not registered. They got money for that land and signed in agreement too. Now, person (who gave money for that land) is cultivating that land. If I want to take action on buyer and seller, under what are the sections I can take action on him.
Kindly reply me.
