Cetified Copy ?

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 04 April 2011 This query is : Resolved
1) If the agreement is exhibited then its certified copy is permissible to be obtained.

2) The copy department is bound to give the certified copy. Approach the Registrar.

3) As long as the original is with the court, even though it is not marked as an exhibit, the court is bound to give certified copy. In many cases the court may ask to produce the originals in the IA enquiry. Those originals will be retained by the court, even though it was not exhibited, in that situation the court ought to give the certified copy.
