Dear Sir/Madam
Hon'ble court said to come us with 6 persons as a seurety for my 3 family members for anticipatory bail.
1>Please tell me that is this necessary to have all those 6 peron's property details with him while presenting themselves as a surety?
2>What will be the consequences if we cant be able to arrange 6 persons as a surety but even be present in court all alone?
3>CAN someone who doesnt have property presented as a surety for anticipatory bail.Is the surety shold have property in any form while granting anticipatoey bail?

Does the court direct to give the property details of the surety? If not then no problem.
But if yes and if you have failed to arrange so many numbers of sureties then apply before the same court to modify or relax the condition of the AB. The court generally grants such relaxation.

you may kindly note that you first confirm with your advocate whether interim anticipatory bail is granted or not .as there are chances of arrest by police till such order is passed.so be careful.
in case anticipatory bail order is passed and your surety documents are not ready as per said order then there are chances of arrest by police .so kindly confirm with your advocate and then decide whether to appear before the court or arrange the surety and or cash security and then to appear before the court.kindly be careful.good luck.

Dear Sir,
Anticipatory bail has been granted for 3 persons(mom,dad and my sister) out of 8 persons who have been implicated in the false case driven by My sister's husband with the support of false medical prescription showing internal injuries.My lawyer said that AB of rest of the 5 persons will be served after that.
As per the lawyer court has advised us to come with 6 persons as a surety but we failed to arrange it.We have ony 3 persons as a surety.Can money surety be a substitute?We are ready to give money as a surety ...Our lawyer is sometimes look suspicious as he rarely talks in detail of all these but as a renowned one in the city. Please advice
