Sir,
I am a tenant in respect of a flat in kolkata and my landlord in trying to evict me have taken criminal steps in past and he was arrested also. Recently in my place fire took place thrice for unknown reasons and every time I along with my family were saved by grace of God.
Can I take any criminal action against the landlord and if yes what?

Sir,
Recently there was an attempt on my life by Sister's son and he was booked under Sec 307, 323 AND 506. The concerned Police Station I/O could not apprehend the accused and was absconding 45 days have elapsed still absconding. When I approached the Police Station they told me that they are searching for him. No investigation have been done since the compliant is given by my son my statement was not recorded in the FIR.
Sir, When the accused will be arrested. I am the victim and my statement is not recorded by Police Station.
Kindly advise me I will be grateful for your kind advise.

PLEASE MEMBER KINDLY SUGGEST ME,
A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT WAS FILED U/S. 403 & 406 OF I.P.C. AND ANOTHER U/S. 500 OF I.P.C. WAS FILED AGAINST THE SAME ACCUSED.MATTER WAS REFERRED TO LOK ADALAT. THE FIRST MATTER WAS SETTLED, IN REGARD TO SECOND MATTER I ASKED THE COURT TO DIRECT THE ACCUSED TO GIVE APOLOGY LETTER FOR DEFAMING THE PRESTIGUE OF THE COMPANY. THE COURT DIRECT THAT SINCE THE ACCUSED IS READY FOR SETTLMENT SO APOLOGY LETTER IS NOT REQUIRED. CONSENT LETTER WAS SIGNED FOR BOTH THE MATTER. SINCE I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH DECISION OF MAGISTARTE CAN I APPEAL TO HIGHER COURT. CHEQUE HAS BEEN ISSUED BY THE ACCUSED, SHOULD I DEPOSITE THE SAID CHEQUE IN MY ACCOUNT OR I SHOULD WAIT FOR APPEAL.
ANY SUPREME COURT'S JUDGEMENT KINLY REFER ME

Hi
Police has submitted report to court against me and my family just based on word of mouth of girl family and ignore whatever my relative have said to them.
They did not even question me on the case..
How long it take to receive summon from court after police submit it report.
Would summon contain details of chargesheet or it would be just notice for appearance.
Normally what is the frequency of hearing in 498a case. I am on AB, with condtion that I need to exceute it when police come to arrest me.

Sir,
One of my neighbor encroached into my vacant plot,when I told about this he is simply avoiding me, What can I do please suggest?
1)Can I file petition for encroaching my plot? if I give such a complaint what will be its impact on him? is it civil or criminal in nature?
2)Simply I go and break the wall? If I do so what would be the effect?
Please advice.

Can an accused file a cross complaint against the complainant that he and his family were threatened of false criminal prosecution by the complainant.
Will this criminal intimidation be registered and investigated. Is it mandatory that such complaint should be made in the same criminal case that he is standing trial.
Please clarify.

accussed granted ABA by high court before one year on condition to appear on monday every week and co operate in investigation. but till today they are not cooperating with police in investigation. the case is of forgery and fraud.

Lawyer’s group or dacoit gang ?
I am a Resident of Shivpuri(M.P.) and have respected image in business community . Unfortunately, I am in grip of a lawyer’s group, who have entrapped me in several punishable sec 420 ,465,467,468,470 and 120 B Of IPC.
The lawyer -Mr. Gajendra singh Yadav is a name in lawyers group to blackmail the people .He got a blank cheque and paper signed from me , he turned these securities by filling 16 lacs rupees .He took witness of two other lawyer’s too. While filling date in blank ,he wrote wrong years ,Due to this reason the drawee bank returned it.. now he registered case against me and bankers for claiming Rs 16 lacs and punishment for forgery in date.
The court is in impression of lawyer’s group .It does not like to hear and accept even anticipatory bail.
What is law ? either I should accept proposal from the criminal lawyer and pay Rs 16 lacs , He can accept the amount even to Rs 4 lacs or should go to jail. This lawyer’s group has been blackmailing people from years,. This horror of lawyers. Is such that I can not hire another advocate
Can court ask,in law how a lawyer can finance RS 16 lacs in cash (No cheque transaction ) .can court formulate some standard practice to adopt.can court allow to the greived party to purt his basic facts, before putting behind the bars--- another a source of blackmailing .
Please help and allow to say “justice for all”.
