What is the procedure for getting order sheets (day to day) from a CBI Spl. Court. Can a third person i.e a Publicc get it?

apply for the certified copies of orders before court concern.

Thanks a lot. The case is going on since 1992 with no progress. Presently framing of charges done but still no progress (for the last three years). Can I apply for order sheets since the beginning? Is the aplication should be done thro' a lawyer or can be done directly? Please give ddetails> Tks once again

yes you can apply for order sheet since begining. it is not necessery to apply thro' a lawyer, you may file it diirectly.

Many a thanks for the information. Can you also give the following informations:
1. The format in which the application is to be made (addressed to whom?)2. Whether any fees or stamp to be affixed to the application? 3. The Spl. Court is in Mumbai. Do I go and submit the application in the Court or in any other place?
