My daughter-in-law has lodge 498A IPC against me, my wife & my son after 5 years of saperation. She is residing in another district.
Police did not send any notice to me u/s 41 CRPC, but submitted Chargesheet against us.
Complainent did not mention anything about date, time, place, reason, witness of torture.
Can I move to high court to quash complaint since,
1) No notice serve to me u/s 41 CRPC.
2) I am residing in different district, hence that the district court where matter is pending have no jurisdiction.
3) No specific date, time, place, reason is mentioned in complaint.
4) The case is filed 5 years after saperation.

After my wife's remarriage she has taken my son to an unknown address. I have heared that she is planning to sale my son. I didn't know where my son is.
I approach local police station but they didn't help.
How could I get my son back for his welfare ?

I was live-in relationship with a lady. During our relationship I have entrusted 200 gram gold in good faith.
Now she leave me & married again & hide herself. Her mother give written statement that the lady has taken 200 gram gold ornaments from me. She refused to return my gold. I am filing 156(3) CRPC for lodge FIR u/s 420 IPC & 406 IPC.
Will police arrest the lady ?
Could I get my gold back ?

Agar kisi par ipc sec 323, 504,506 me case ho to usme kitni saza ho sakti h or kya ye bail mil sakti ya nhi...isse kese defence kiya ja sakta h?please reply i am very scared.

498A IPC is filed by my daughter in law against me. I have no relationship with my daughter in law since last 8 years.
In Chargesheet there is no allegation against me but I am accused. No witness stated anything against me.Trial is not started. My daughter in law is residing at distance place. I am a senior citizen.
Can I file a counter case in my local court ?
Will court punish her and under what section ?

Sir,
I have lodge FIR against XXX to whom I have entrusted to keep my gold ornaments.
She had kept my gold article in her house & some of the gold has been given to her daughter.
To quit refund of my gold article she intentionally lodge a FIR for theft against her daughter & send her daughter to unknown place.
Neither she nor her daughter are ready to refund.
Police did not take any step but ask money from me.
Can I approach court & state that police did nothing & asking money from me ?

My wife complain 494A & 494 case against me more than three years after saperation.
Police investigate Bigamy without any order from court & submit Chargesheet. As per Chargesheet accused have illicit relationship with another lady.
Can police investigate such non-cognizable office without court order ?
Is court's order is necessary to investigate Bigamy complain ?
Can such allegation may be filed more than three years of saperation ?
Since in spite of repeated request through letter by registered post she refused to return, how she can be aggrieved person?
