sir, my engagement was held on 25 june 2001. she had relationships with many persons and i had her e mails and chattings in my mailbox which was an evidence of it.so we breaked our engagement in january 2010.this breakeup is written on an affidevit and i have given her parents 1 lakh rupees for their expenses in engagement.while this engagement was held without any dowry. now on 26 may 2010,she called on my mobile and said that she has deleted my e mails and she just want friendship with me and she is not interested to marry with me.after our breakup she also insisted me to sleep with her but i simply refused it and recorded this talk in my mobile.
i have a doubt that she has sent some unfair e mails from my mailbox to blackmail me.what should i do?
although i have a printed copy of those deleted e mails.
sir, if she tries to blackmail me then can this printed copy of those deleted mails protect me.

Can chatting made on gmail be used as proof in court.
If yes what is the procedure to submit the same in the court.
Does it need to get it verified from cyber police or something like that

Married way back 13 years ago
1) 498a in 2005 , but not tried in court
2) 498a attempted again 2006 ,pending in ps
3) DV in 2008
4) DV Compromised based on HC stay for above 1,2,3
5) 498a again in different PS on third week May this year.
Current Status Under Investigation
Charge Sheet Date NIL
Reason For Clues
What does it mean
a) Are they goin to try in court
b) Is FIR submitted in court
c) No Arrest so far, are they goin to do?
d) Is this crime booked if no, can it be withdrawn in PS itself?
e) Or lastly do we need to go for AB

Hi Sir,
1. I am muslim, got married with muslim girl on Nov 2007.
2. Filed RCR in 2009. Noticed served, gazate publish, no one appear. In 10 march 2010 got RCR disposal in the light of Talak.
3. Got talak certificate from Imayat Sharia. Three witness present for talak.
4. She filed 498a on 08 March 2010 against all family member. This month expecting to have congiance from court.
5. She filed maintenance under 125.
Please advice.
a) Is 498a can be quash at highcourt with RCR ground?
b) Maintenance should be under muslim protection 1986?
c) Any complication since talak already done?

I issued a cheque as a advance for rent for month of june2010 on 26/5/10 dated 28/5/2010.on realizing that land lord was not good i stopped the payment of cheque on 26/5/2010.no written agreement was done.landlord was informed same day and asked not to present the check.HE HAS PRESENTED IT AND AS PER MY INSTRUCTIONS PAYMENT HAS BEEN STOPPED.CAN I BE SUED FOR THE SAME

Dear Experts I had received Summons U/S 125 Cr.P.C , My Case Details is I had Filed Divorce u/s 13 Desertion of 6.5 yrs in the Family Court in Nov 2009 and punctually She is attending the Case, Now 28/05/2010 she had Filed 125 Cr.P.C against me at her home town which is 40 kms from Family Court in such circumstances, my questions are:
1.What should be my action, what happens in the case u/s 125 during first hearing can i be allowed to defend in person and provide me other positive suggestions as i am ok to give maintenance if it is reasonable to wind the case 125 Cr.P.C at the earliest?
2.Why is that she opted for home town when she is attending the Family Court Divorce Petition?
