As I get several suggestions from several experts I just want to inform that I get a DCP as well as ACP report in which they both mentioned that
1) No finger prints, dog squad or photos are taken.
2) Both panchas personally attend against ACP at his office and object that there signature is taken later and panch no.2 even not presented at the time of panchnama so the panchnama prepared is not trustworthy.
3) No immediate arrest to accused even in FIR house maid is mentioned as accused.
This report is also forwarded to Addl CP (Crime) but no action is taken I collected several documents through RTI which proves that no proper investigation is made.Documents are fabricated.
Request to suggest as a perhaps Final summery is submitted (IO not informing for the same as even I write a letter for that.

I have paid an advance of Rs. 4 lakhs to a construction company for construction of an independent house in a group of complex. Even after 1 year, they did not start construction. Now I came to know that there is dispute between the builder and the landlord. And also the builder is not even having the rights on the plot we have selected. We have got only receipts for the amount paid to the company and no other agreement papers (no agreement reached). Also he is threatening to register a false case under "SC/ST atrocity act" as he belongs to that community. Kindly let me know how to proceed further to get back my money.

i have one question
1.my society taked two building on rent 10 and 15 years , ,,both owner is same only 10 year building his wife name is also joint
2. he told me all property for comercial use like hospital school etc work that menstion in lease .
3 after some days i have come to know that some floor of that building map is not approved by meerut development atrorty (mda) and in betweet that sealed by mda .and suit filed by mda by his name on that building
4 another some porstion map is also not approved by mda , have notice in second 15 year building
5. in civil court he declared who say my map is not approved by mda , my map is approved by mda (he tell a lie ) after this pws that building was sealed, by mda
note---- all this is froed or not

hi! i have registered a property from a mr.x in the year 1999 in a sale deed registered, that mr.x keeps filling pettitions in different police stations from the year 2009 and 2010 and harrasing me into various inquiries so far stating false alligation about the property, can i file a defamation case against him?

I was cheated by a real estate builder who belongs to SC community. And also he is threatening to file a false case under"SC/ST Atrocity Act". I want to file a case in Consumer Court to get back my amount. Is it a right choice? What should I do to guard myself from the false case mentioned above. Need your help pl.

i had received a cheque and the signatures marked is forged means the signature is of dead person. now what action arises on against that person. is there any limitation to the time because this cheque had been issued for almost past 1 year.

I lost my Computer in Delhi. I was on a tour to Delhi and other places. During the last leg of the tour, the tour operator provided us with accomodation in Sai Dham, a Hotel in Rajinder Place near Karol Bagh. We vacated the room and boarded a bus provided by the tour operator to reach Nizammuddin Railway Station. After getting down from the bus we found the laptop bag missing. We could not recheck the bus since it left us in a hurry.
We went to Sai Dham to check whether it was available there but we could not locate it.
Since it was time to board the train to Chennai, I could not prefer a Complaint in Delhi. I left Delhi by Garib Rath at 4.00 p.m. on 31.05.10 and reached Chennai on 01.06.10 at 9.00 p.m.
I sent a complaint to Delhi Commissioner of Police by registered post and also by mail on 02.06.10.
I request your kind indulgence to help me in either getting back the Computer or else the further steps to be taken to register my complaint to avoid any future complications.
