My client received a summons of 138 case whereas the cheque was lost and he ws filed the police report after losing the same
even also after receipt of notice of 138 the accused reply the same and requested the complainant to return the cheque but the complainant filed the suit and the accused received the summons.
whether on first date at the time of getting bail whether I can file a discharge application /
pls guide with citation urgent

Once 498a quashed, what happens to women side? Yet to see the order copy..
Can we say the case is closed?
I presume that now to decide whether to live together or go for divorce?
Experts please comment.

sir,
i have married girl two month back in temple without her parents consent ,she is 25 working in infosis and i am working for TCS , but now my father in law by using his muscels power take his daughter to his home , now not let her to come to my house,
my marriage has taken place before lots of people,my parents was also present, all photos are the,
now how could i bring my wife back,
shuld i file crininal case against my father in law with advocates or is there any other ways get my wife back
please suggest me

HOW CAN I SAVE MY SELF FROM IPC498A AND HOW CAN PREVENT FOR THE SAME. I DOUBTED MY IN LAW'S WILL FILE FALSE DOWRY CASE DUE TO DISPUTE GOING ON. I HAVE DID ARRANGED MARRIEGE AND I AM DOING PVT JOB IN WELL KNOW AUTOMOBILE CO. PLZ GUIDE ME TO AVOID ARREST AND ALL THINGS.

What happens in this situation,
1) 498a filled in 2005 in a PS
2) No chargesheet sent to court & no trial in court till date.
Can we say that this case is forfeit or dissmissed on its own due to 3 years lapse from the date of crime?
Hope experts agree!!

accused had done accident and against him the section 304 a applied becasue person died now no body have been seen the incident eventhough teh complaiant also hearsay no any disclose the number and name of the driver what should ask regarditn the said matter to the i o the all witness disclsoed but no body identified the accused pls suggest

The builder agreed to sale one shop and received earnest money, but later he sold this shop to another person.In this situation now which step should I take?Can I lodge complaint against builder under section 420 of I.P.C.?

A very confusing situation has arised in my case when I went to file the after expiry of notice period in the court. The hon`ble magistrate refused to file the case on the ground that payer has his office & bank at DELHI so case will be filed at DELHI.
In my case , I paid Rs. 2.00 lac to bulder from my FARIDABAD ACCOUNT & CHEQUE given to me was also bounced at my bank at FARIDABAD. I sent demand notice to builder from my FARIDABAD residence through lawyer.
Hon`ble magistrate is using the decision of some case of 2001 which was given in the favour of accused on the basis of fling wrong jurisdiction of applicant which was same as in my case.
I went to my builder and taken new cheque but now, I am very much confused regarding place of filing court in future. The cheque is in the name of MY WIFE & she cannot go DELHI on dates for facing the case.
PLEASE ADVICE ME WITH FULL RULING OF SUPREME COURT REGARDIND APPROPIRATE JURISDICTION FOR FILING CASE u/s 138 INA.

Facts : Govt. authority came to know about its forged certificate. He issued notice to user/ beneficiary of such notice such user informed the Deptt. that the forged certificate was provided to him by his acctt. He also informed that original certificate has been destroyed by the acctt. But the Govt. deptt. filed FIR u/s 420/467/468/471 against the user and accountant. After that user also filed FIR against his acctt. i his city. In the FIR of user FR was filed by police and same was accepted by the Hon,ble court. But later on the Govt. FIR charge sheet was filed against accountant only.
Please advice what remedies are now available to acctt. from charge sheet of Govt. FIR when in one FIR he was discharged by the court.

My questions are
1)Is it true that if my parents disown me then police can't arrest my parents after filing of 498a by my wife?
2) Can my parents own me again later?
