Can we say that if no chargesheet (Criminal case in AP) is sent from PS to court, then there is no trial starts or no hearing date?

Yes no trial begins without submission of charge sheet though dates may be fixed for appearance.

The trial starts only after the filing of charge sheet before the Judge
