Facts:
1) Hon'ble APIC order to provide information to RTI applicant
2) No response, despite take more time than necessary given by the Hon'ble APIC
3) Non-compliance complaint U/s 18 filed before Hon'ble APIC.
4) Adminstrative complaint was also filed.
The information sought is related to applicants ancestral property.
Now what to do it is more than 6 months.
Any executive petition applicable to APIC
or
Writ of mandamus in A.P. High Court
or
Complaint in ACB/CBI
Please enlighten me.

I m from kerala,22 year old,I belong to Hindu sambava (Scheduled caste ) by birth. My parents belong to Hindu Scheduled caste, now my parents believes in christanity,but i m not belive in christianity,, my problm is , i will not get sheduled cast certificate from village office, they reject my application and saying that my parents are beliving christanity ... but i belive in hidusm.what should I do?? if i embrace hinduism through arya samaj will i get reservation??? plz help me ..

I kindly request to know whether a state can be divided as a birthday gift of the ruling party president as being claimed by the Telangana Congress. Does the constitution provides such a bifurcation.

In our State, As per the Job Advertisement the person to be qualified to sit in the examination of Ranger (Forest Officer) should be degree holder in B.Sc.
Now I being a Geography student feel that this rule is arbitrary as I/we the students of Geography have far better knowledge of Flora and Fauna than the B.Sc. students having major in subjects like chemistry,Mathematics and Physics.
Therefore can I challenge above advertisement in Writ Petition, Pliz Help me out!!
Is any leading case in this regard.

Dear experts,
My aunt is a woman senior citizen, residing in Gandhinagar since last ten years and purchased immovable property since 1983. She also having proof for residing in Gandhinagar since last ten years, can she get domicile certificate from D.M., Gandhinagar?
She born in Karaanchi, Sindh on 20-8-1949 before Republic day i.e. 26-01-1950 and she came at Songadh, Bhavnagar in 1952. Is she Indian citizen by decent? Her perents were Indian, but their proof is not available.

A Punjab Govt.employee has committed suicide while he was absent from official duty, because some departmental action was contemplated against him, including registration of a criminal case.His wife got registered a false criminal case u/s 306 IPC against some persons, which was proved that it as a false case, because when she filed a criminal writ petition in high court she narrated another story which was contrary to the contents of FIR, now she file an application before competent authority to grant her family pension and other benefits, the case is still under investigation as per the direction of high court, but it is clearly established /proved that if was a false case investigation . can she get service benefit i.e family pension, compassionate appointment and gratuity etc...?

Under the constitution of India can a Governor of State or the President of India refer a case which has attained finality for review under any question of law, or in view of additional evidence.
Under what privision can they refer the matter to HC or SC for a re-consideration.

Dear sir/madam,
I have applied to the state sponsorship to USA Iam married but my wife will not be accompanying me. So the application has made based on my details. Now to further process my documents. Will the consulate/embassy requires my spouse passport details also i can provide her all other details but my wife is not having passport and she will not be accompanying me. For few years until I settle down. Kindly suggest or provide some information on this.
