Election duty

Dear Sir,

Are Non Grantable Teachers are applicable for election Duty ??????

Can we approach to election duty officer
as we are non grantable Staff hence election duty is not applicable for us even
if we are working in Grantable college.

Second thing I have a small baby of 9 month
who having breast feeding.

Disqualification of membership

A Member votes against his own party candidate in a Panchayat Election. This attracts disqualification of membership as per Local Act and there is a compliant for his disqualification.Now, can the competent authority deciding the case authorised to check the Ballot papers/its counterfoils to verify if he has voted for or against as alleged?

Service law rules

Whether the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965,the provisions therin is applicable to NATIONAL THERMAL POWER CORPORATION LIMITED A psu.

I need the applicability of the above rule to ntpc because, the provisions related to suspension reviw/revoke is not appearing in the rules of ntpc. Can any one help me in this regard?

Can govt. file writ under article 226 ?

Restrictions were imposed on land around 200 meters of defense establishment at Gwalior MP.,under works of defense act 1903.The act provides that the collector of the district will calculate and award compensation toland owners in view of restrictions imposed by central govt. ,the act also says that collectors decision will be final.Collector awarded the compensation, in place of paying the same central govt. have gone for writ in the high court asking to stay the collectors order,while as per the scheme of works of defense act 1903 it is ther own order passed by the collector authorized and duty bound under the act, is writ maintainable, filed by govt. against its own order ?

Land acquisition act 2011

SIR,
IF A LAND IS ACQUIRED BY THE GOVT. UNDER LAND ACQUISITION ACT 1894 AND FULL COMPENSATION HAS NOT BEEN PAID AND THE SAID LAND IS ALSO NOT IN THEIR POSSESSION, IN THAT CASE DOES THE NEW LAND ACQUISITION AND REHABILITATION ACT 2011 REPLACE THE PRIOR LAND ACQUISITION ACT OF 1894.

Can any people engage a person other than advocate to plead his case in high court ? what are the legal provisions in law about it ?
