Kindly enlighten me about the article under which of the Constitution of India the various city's metropolitan development boards have been enacted under the respective state's acts. Which article of the Constitution of India authorises such formation of Metropolitan Development Boards.

Do the Citizen of India has right to get in writing from the official of Tax Authorities, Governments, Government & Public Servant to give the Proofs and Evidences that they and non of their family members are not corrupt, dishonest, disloyal, wrong doers, ineffective, inefficient and characterless, when they assess?
How can the officials, who assess, be accepted and tolerated as corrupt, dishonest, disloyal, wrong doers, ineffective, inefficient and characterless?
When they are corrupt, dishonest, disloyal, wrong doers, ineffective, inefficient and characterless how can they be accepted and tolerated?
What our Constitution give power and right to the citizen of India in this issue?
PM, Cabinet, Parliament, Assemblies, Governments, Authorities are responsible for whatever happens in the country because of the atmosphere created by them and they are responsible as they are forcing people to take law in hand due to injustice, corruption, crimes, wrong doings, vices, evils spreaded by them in the society.
What our Constitution says in this matter and how it can punish?

Sir,
Kindly advise me on the follwing situation (Fake SC Certificate):
1. Divisional Commissioner report to CM office have exposed fake SC certificate matter.
2. CM Office issued 3 direction memos to the: i)District Magistrate for appropriate action on Div. Commsnr report. ii) principal secretary of her dept. to taking necessary steps. iii) To me to write SDO for cancellation of the certificate as SDO is the competent authority for the same.
3. Yesterday I meet SDO personally he informed finally DM signature is there so every body will be in problems we will not cancell it. Later he insulted me ask CM to cancell it. Thaough I wrote to SDO 3 times along with reminder in this regard.
Kindly advise my next course of action.

Hello sir i belongs to BC-E community from Andhra pradesh,i need to apply for the central govt posts so i need an obc certificate,i asked the nearest MRO office in my town the officer said they dont have any orders also they are demanding the categories under minority such as shaik,syed,pathan etc.
with reference to order No. 41018/2/2011-Estt. (Res.) dated 22.12.2011 has been issued by the DOPT.
can i demand an explanation from them
please answer me

I am a senior citizen 69 years old. i hold a property at Nagpur for the past 46 years.Property measures 5200.00 Sq feet.
A lawyer has filed a false Petition for partition against me, in a Junior division court having a jurisdiction of Rs. One Lakh only. Value of property is Rs.70.00 lakhs.He has paid Rs.430.00 as court fee.
He has managed to park this petition in this court for 2 1/2 years through adjournments and Management of Judges.he is demanding out of court settlement for his client with whom he has a percentage basis payment term.
Seeing his influence, I have started getting Cardiac problems and high BP because of tension. It may prove to be fatal for me.
by investing only rs 430.00 this lawyer is trying to cause a fatal damage to a senior citizen for blackmail and extortion. Can he be charged for violating any constitutional law?

dear sirs,
- hope you all aware of the issue going b/w media, police and lawyers at karnataka. as we know police, lawyers, media, doctors are the important organizations in general public service. if the clash b/w these sectors continues then sometime the public will be disturbed badly. is there any constitutional or controlling agency or authority to negotiate with these sectors? .

Conversion to arya samaj
Respected sir,
I belongs to Hindu Schedule caste and willing to convert for " Arya samaj ". Sir my query is under which category does " Arya Samaj " titled in karnataka. Is this valid for further formalities in all subjects. I have a girl kid, is there any obstruction for her marriage in future.
